“This is the update of my previous review including the picture and the correct owner name Mr. Perry My house was built in 1989. The entire house's cabinets are wood / real wood that I like more than typical now a day cabinets made of particle board core and then laminated veneer surface. In 2012 one of my cabinet door cracked, and I made a mistake by threw it away; Then when I called variety of cabinet companies around the bay area including chain stores Home Depot and Lowes etc. for a quote of making a cabinet door; I found out that they do not want a job of making one cabinet door. Instead they try to sell / suggest to replace entire and all cabinet doors with the laminated veneer doors (i.e. re-facing job) . Eventually I found Fremont Cabinet & Fixture Co Inc, the owner Mr. Perry was so nice and agreed to help out with such a small job. The result of the custom made cabinet door is fantastic. Please see the attached picture that shows the left cabinet door is the replaced custom made in 2012; the right cabinet door is the original cabinet door since 1989. The doors' groves and stained colors of the wood look identical. And the best part is that Mr. Perry charged a very reasonably price, around $100 which saved me a lot of money comparing with the costly option of re-facing all cabinet doors. Mr. Perry told me that next time if I have a cracked cabinet door, save the pieces and he can glue them back together. I highly recommend the Fremont Cabinet & Fixture Co Inc 510-651-8161”
