TLDR; find somewhere else
I asked multiple times if they would be able to do all the tests in my lab order, without checking they said yes, as long as it is on the labcorp order they will be able to do the tests
I enter the room where they take your blood out (which could be cleaner) and there we (me and the phlebotomist) that they cannot do one of the tests, I am already there so we continue with the other tests
And this would only be a bad experience instead of bad service if it wasn't because they sent the results to my doctor, all negative (including the test they did not make!) now I have to convince my doctor about a test that did not happen

Very disappointing experience. They did not honor the appointment schedule and turned me away twice due to being overbooked. It’s frustrating that they accept more appointments than they can handle. The phlebotomist handling front desk was not helpful or communicative. I would not recommend this place unless you have no other option.

The employees are rude and they lack the ability to communicate to help out. I did a oral liquid test for my new job and all she said was to place it under my tongue and dont speak and proceeded to ask me why the test strip indicator was showing. Told me I had 40 sec left and the indicator wasnt showing. On top of that, there isn't a sign for walkin time too.

Really bad experience with them. I wish I could give them 0 rating because first of all they never pickup call and the time they allot to their customers are the test expiration date and time..they are even not sure what they are doing with their job. They better need more training and more employee who can pick the call and answer the customer because if the customers is not really near to their place because of their stupidity they have to come back to visit them.

Came in a little close to closing time (3:30pm walk-in) but the phlebotomist was nice enough to see me and take my sample. Friendly, understanding, and quick! No wait time either (on a Friday afternoon). Didn’t catch her name but she is of Asian background.

This lab is under contract for employment drug tests, but appointments are two weeks out. Imagine not being able to start a job and be paid for two weeks because of a lab that can't provide timely appointments or handle walk-ins! Avoid this place at all cost!

Terrible experience and extremely poor customer service, Tess was extremely rude and unhelpful. I walked into an empty clinic with the worker on her phone. Was rudely told they couldn’t help me. Asked for a managers contact information was told they don’t have one. In the middle of the conversation and me asking for clarification Tess got up and walked away after telling me that the information on their website was old and was not true. I will never use this location again. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

I’ve been visiting this location for the past couple of years, and unfortunately, I’ve encountered the same issue repeatedly—the systems are often down, and the staff is unhelpful. Every time, the same excuse is given. When I asked for the corporate phone number, I was told they didn’t have one because they are privately owned. Given these ongoing problems, it’s no surprise that their ratings are below average.

I had a blood draw on March 26 (two tubes of blood).
The phlebotomist's name was Vi and she did a great job. Very professional and very little pain.
I'm not one who likes to get blood drawn, but she did an excellent job.
On June 27 I had a blood draw done by Danielle. She also did an excellent job, hardly any pain despite ten tubes of blood drawn.

I needed to complete a pre-employment urine drug screen for a job I was offered. I dropped into Labcorp Fremont assuming this would be a quick and easy test, apparently not. The condescending woman behind the counter said I needed an appointment and the next appointment wasn't for another 3 WEEKS. My new employer required I complete the test within 3 days, so obviously this wouldn't work. I checked the next appointment for all locations in the greater Bay Area and all locations were unavailable for the next 2 weeks! All-in-all, Labcorp was not an option and I had to go with another testing company. They were able to get me in the next day. Don't give this place your business... they are very poorly managed and rude. Ridiculous that they are booked out over 2 weeks just to have someone pee in a cup!
