Plenty of washers & dryers. Even when it's busy you can get in and out fairly quickly. There is always an attendant there and the place is kept clean.

Let's be honest here it's a fairly expensive laundromat but the machines all work and it's a pretty large environment so... It is what it is.

I use this laundromat when I travel and it's by far the cleanest. Staff are always present cleaning up the used machines. Prices are kind of high but you get what you pay for. I recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Large, clean, well lit establishment; lots of machines. Lots of carts in good condition. Decent sized folding area. "Store" window with detergents, etc. available for purchase. TVs in multiple locations. Free Wi-Fi. Parking available in front and back.Appears to be "mostly" well-maintained -The on-site ATM was out of order, so bring your own bills; there is a bill exchanger inside. The drinks vending machine was also out of order, ask the on-site staff, and they will open it for you.I personally only saw two dryers that weren't operational (small piece of tape over the card reader; "bad" is all it said - didn't notice it until AFTER I had loaded my clothes into the machine. It would have been nice to see a larger "Out of Order" sign...)Cash Only to buy a proprietary card ($1 ea.), then up to $20 to fund the card ($2 credit for $20).One strange thing... No seats towards the rear of the building, even though there is a TV.

Your machine made me sick. You need to clean out the soap feeders, so that chemicals don't mix.I had to throw away my clothes. It was not minor sickness.

Yuck.If you are new, better check and look around to make sure laundromats do accept quarters before hauling your heavy laundry inside the establishment. This location forces you to use their payment cards to use their machines. The lady attendant doesn't speak English and is hard to understand so communication with her is impossible.Never coming back again! ?

The washing machine had too much suds and spilled over. NOT MY FAULT! The worker lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and was forcing me to buy Downey AND PAY AGAIN to wash, when it was the machine fault . I wash there all the time with no problems. If i encountered a problem, the man working had no problem crediting the dryer, since I never had issues with the washers before today. The lady gave me a plastic bag to put the soggy towels in it instead of simply crediting to re-wash the washer machine. She is ALWAYS RUDE! IF THERE IS A LADY WORKING, don't expect any courtesy or help, and if so, expect it to be rude and unwelcomed. She will pretend NOT to understand English, but she does! I will NEVER wash with her working. There is anther place, unfortunately on Hesperian Blvd, which has MORE WASHERS, CHEAPER PRICES, HUGE DRYERS, ALL WORKING, NEVER BROKEN! And the laundry never comes out with Bleach stains or too much suds! Simply put, the working Chinese lady is a complete rag. Does not belong in customer service whatsoever.

Pretty nice little place to do laundry. Went on a Sunday morning as I was staying over the weekend for work. Each machine uses a proprietary card that you have to purchase for $1.00. You then have to add funds to that card with cash only. Why not just take credit cards at the machines?Also-I saw a LOT of people using waaaaaay to much detergent (quarts of detergent PER load). That will take several loads to wash out of the machine due to the suds.If you go-go early as the machines seemed to fill up and there was a wait for them by the time I was done.

They let this homeless lady named LINDA roam the inside, who threatens people. Usually with calling the police. She once threatened to slash tires. She even called the cops on us. Of course nothing happened to us but she's always saying she works here and is a complete nuisance. She doesn't work here at all. They need to enforce trespassing restrictions because her constantly threatening legitimate customers, is ridiculous. This has gone on for MONTHS!The rest of the place is decent. Use caution at the vending machines though.

I've been going to this place for about a year now and these washing machines leave ur clothes wet and it takes an hour or 1.5 to dry... I don't know whats worse the washer leaving ur clothes very wet or the dryer don't dry right? Seems to me that they are programed to drain ur pockets instead of granting good service.. not to mention the rude man when u ask for help! P/s there is a non smoking sign infront but he still smokes!

It's a cool place except for the people. Why are you bringing your kids? Laundry already sucks, why have little ones running around? Why do you need to hog the cart? It's supposed for temporary usage, not you can hold on to for hours and hours

Came here when our machine was down. It uses a card system where you put money on a Lee Laundromat card and use that to pay for the machines. But the card could not be read by the machines. There was no assistant or anyone to assist or refund the money. And the cards only take bills, so they "conveniently" have an ATM and bill changer on site. But the bill changer is always out of order so you have to put a minimum of $20 onto your card (unless you make change elsewhere). So you're left with a card with $20+ that doesn't work. 0/10, waste of money.
