This place is HUGE. One Floor for everything! You need take two to three trips to really explore every inch of this place. They also have outlet furniture in back. With big sign saying Outlet. Restrooms in same because they know you going to be there forever!

We had an excellent shopping experience during our last visit. Jeff helped us out and was very knowledgeable and super friendly, we did not feel any pressure to buy anything which was a relief to us. We ended up buying a couch and with Jeff's patience and some excellent knowledge we ended up adding a matching recliner to our order. 10/10 would buy furniture from Jeff and living spaces again.

I went to the Living Spaces store in Fremont after work, so I only had about 3 hours to find a bedroom set and mattress and several other pieces of furniture. Noah helped me and was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to try to get my order delivered in time for some family members coming for a visit. With the help of Sumeer, Dianna, and Brenna, I was able to get part of the order delivered in time, which means a lot. They were all very nice and gave me great customer service, and Noah is a top-tier team member.

We purchased a reclining sofa and an adjustable bed here. They had a wide selection and we eventually found pieces that fit our needs. Salespeople Viet and Mackenzie were very knowledgeable about their products as well as details about financing and delivery. They were attentive, friendly, and professional.

Back experience with the Salers. They have severe honesty issue. They pursued me to apply for credit card and claims as an interest free loan. I thought this could help build my credit score and applied. But they don’t really know or hold any responsibility about what the credit card is actually offering. After receiving the card, I found this is just a interest free payment with delay. Nothing to do with loan and financing, not helpful for credit score at all but hurt due to the hard pull when applying the credit card. I would rather use other credit card to get the bonus than applying this card. I ended up payoff early and cancel this card to avoid burden on managing one more credit card. Also, they told me the delivery is within one month, but 2 weeks passed, the order is still pending. They say they might cancel it if the item will not be available. How inconsistent is the after purchase service to what they said before I made the purchase. Big flag for this store!

I recently had an experience with this furniture store, and while their furniture options are commendable, their customer service left much to be desired.Five years ago, I purchased furniture along with insurance, and a promised voucher for the unused insurance was part of the deal. To keep track of this, I set a reminder for five years, and it's a good thing I did.Upon realizing I hadn't received any communication regarding the voucher, I decided to call the store. To my disappointment, they informed me that it would take up to 48 hours to receive the email with the voucher information. Three days passed, and still no email. Frustrated, I called again, only to be directed to contact the customer service of the insurance company.After reaching out to the insurance company, they confirmed that I was eligible for the voucher and had already issued a form sent to the furniture store, Living Spaces. I patiently waited for Living Spaces to respond, but days turned into weeks, and still, there was no communication.I decided to take matters into my own hands and called them once more. Finally, they reached out to me, requesting that I visit the store and present the receipt for reimbursement of the voucher. Here's the kicker - they now informed me that I only had six weeks to claim the reimbursement, despite initially promising a generous 60-day window when I bought the furniture.In summary, while the furniture selection at this store may be good, the frustrating and inconsistent customer service experience I encountered regarding the voucher left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Be prepared for potential delays and mixed messages if you ever have to deal with their customer service.

We visited the Fremont showroom a couple of times before we made our decision. Both times the staff were friendly and answered questions. The second time we went was when we finally bought the couch. We were helped by Alyssa. She was very helpful and patient during the whole time. I will definitely go back again

Their furniture isn’t bad but the delivery experience has been one of the most frustrating things I’ve dealt with in a while. My building has strict time delivery requirements. They charged me to reschedule, then rescheduled the delivery, then cancelled that delivery after the target time window. They refused to even acknowledge that it was booked, even after many calls.If you get furniture from them then don’t get the full service delivery.

I had a wonderful experience here. This was my first time buying from here. Ryan (the seller) was very patient with me as I am hard of hearing. He was willing to go thru the measurements of the mattress and the full set bed. He’s very knowledgeable in mattresses and the bed set. I felt confident with my decision to buy from here.

Devon and Ryan made our buying experience great. They went out of their way to make us feel important as customers. Motion recliners are not cheap so quality customer service is crucial when you're putting up that much money. Devon our sales associate and Ryan the ops manager were helpful and had the answers for all our questions. ??

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided by Living Spaces. This is the second time my delivery has been delayed, and I have experienced a series of false information regarding the status of my order.Not only did my initial order face a delay of almost two months, but it ultimately led to me canceling the order out of frustration. In an attempt to expedite the process, I even changed the color of the couch I ordered, hoping for a faster delivery. However, the delays continued, and the false information persisted.Moreover, I have received multiple email notifications from Living Spaces this week, assuring me that my delivery is on its way. Unfortunately, these emails turned out to be nothing but false promises, as the items have yet to arrive.The repeated delays, misinformation, and the need to cancel my previous order have caused me significant inconvenience and wasted time. As a customer, I expected reliable and timely delivery service from Living Spaces, but I have been let down by their failure to fulfill their commitments.I urge Living Spaces to take immediate action to rectify this situation. Improved communication, accurate updates on the delivery status, and a thorough investigation into the causes of these delays are essential. It is crucial for Living Spaces to identify the root causes and implement measures to prevent such issues from occurring in the future.I share this review to caution other customers about the delivery service issues I have faced with Living Spaces. Experience was not too bad and Dianna was very helpful in helping select and order two bedroom sets (on store visit #3) that are on back order and 42 days out. I paid with a credit union cashier check (same as cash) but what a process to verify the cashier check was valid to having Living Spaces accept a cashier check. The one hour wait at the cashier office will be worth it and making my girlfriend happy with the purchase. Thanks

Beware, I purchased a bedroom set from Living Spaces a couple of years ago for the guest bedroom in our new construction home.This bedroom is used maybe once a year when our relatives come and stay with us during summer, Each time they were bitten, we thought it was a mosquito bite.Three weeks ago on my daughter’s birthday, she had a sleepover with her friends. In the morning all three of them had bites on their arms. So I took a flashlight and started looking closely and found out there’s ticks around the bed frame and headboard. My wife took my daughter to the hospital so a doctor can take a look at it and she was treated with antibiotics, that also explains what we thought was a mosquito bite when our relatives stayed with us.Bottom line this bed was delivered to our new home with ticks or tick eggs.I Contacted the store and there’s nothing they can do about it, $3000 to the trash.

They don't have the products you buy, and after waiting a week for delivery of said product, that's when they tell you they don't have it, so you are forced to purchase something else .It's a scam. If you do ask for a refund, they make tou wait sever days likely to make you respend there. Save yourself anguish and shop somewhere else.
