Good for multiple items working on.
There is a couple staff members that really know there stuff in paint department.
The rest of employees should learn more about there work what they have what they are selling.
The often come off lost or they don't care to help.
Just collecting a pay check is what i get from them.

Extreme dissatisfaction about a recent issue with my order #100902188244386456. The table I ordered was out of stock, so I canceled it (asked by a voice message from Lowe’s) and received a refund. However, I was charged an unexplained service fee.
When I contacted customer service, Supervisor Paul (IIRC) @ Fremont was extremely rude.
He stated that he did not know what the additional service fee was and that he could not do anything about it. When I attempted to explain the situation further, he repeatedly interrupted me and rudely said, “Just get to the point. I don’t need your story here.”
His refusal to provide assistance or further explanation regarding the fee over the phone.

Garbage place to work. They intentionally single out old and disabled constantly giving them hard times. I asked for training and made me drive 4 hours away, ( This was just to harass me) refused to answer questions or be helpful.. As a sales representative the pro desk steals sales from other departments. The managers blamed me for bad numbers. If one manager doesn't like you for any reason they WILL gang up on you. They just want to make your life harder. Like paying $3,200 isn't enough? Called H.R, they told me they can't control the customers, but some how this isn't logical for me to say. Alot of people suffer trying to make ends meet Why should go to work and feel there is no way out? Even had the pro desk guy threaten me with my job so he could steal from us. The managers didn't care, because it's not their problem and push it onto the employee to solve issues by calling H.R (WHO DO NOT WANT TO HELP and Work AGAINST YOU). Because the moment you start making calls corporate will single you out. They personally said I can't prove it when I reported my projects being stolen. I finally quit, I had a nervous breakdown when I realize i don't have the money for a defense. Worst group of garbage manager I have ever met. Very toxic work environment. I hope they clean this place up. Full of rats. PRO TIP:Keep a recording device on you during meetings or interactions with problem co workers.

After retiring, I applied and attempted to apply for multiple, very basic positions at this Lowe’s store. The first time I applied, I was immediately set up with an interview. Less than twenty four hours later, I was informed that I would not be interviewed after all, because the position had been filled. When I next applied, I was told that I had passed the initial screening and would be brought in for an interview, when they had time, because they were currently very busy. I received this same message multiple times and was never interviewed. Now, when I try to apply, the AI chat assistant informs me that I have applied for another position and am blocked from applying further. It is my opinion that this Lowe’s store is engaged in AGE DISCRIMINATION. If seniors can spend their money in this store, then they should be willing to hire more of them, provided they can perform the work.
