I don't know what I would do without this Luckys store. Close to home and has everything you need.

Very untrained staff. You only get discount price if you register and download their app, then manually clipped the coupon to use it. The one cashier lady won't help you with discount even you ask and just start scanning. Feels like she is ready to give up this job and go home any second. Fruits and vegetables are on the edge to consider as rotten. All shopping carts are broken. This place only exists because of its location.

It's a pretty standard store but like most stores they are super convinient when they're almost at your doorstep! This is my goto for any last minute essentials or missing ingredients we may need without having to travel anywhere!
It's fairly clean inside and i have nothing negative to say about this location!

Warning: Their system does NOT honor their digital coupons. Two of the items that I purchased this week had clipped digital coupons, that I triple-checked were in the "Clipped" section of the mobile app after reading so many ripped-off customers' reviews. I should have checked the receipt before I left, but was in a hurry. The Fresh Roma Tomatoes that were supposed to be $0.99/lb with coupon (and even had a sign posted on their end-cap advertising this) rung up at $2.99/lb. I paid $3.92 for 5 tomatoes (1.31 lb). And the four Fresh Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, for which I had a $1.99/lb coupon? Well, the butcher wrapped them up and put the $8.34 total on the bundle at the $2.99/lb price. At any other grocery store, that would be superseded at checkout with the sale price once my rewards app was scanned (and it was). Not here. Double-check your receipts if you try to use their digital coupons. Or better yet, ignore Lucky's sales completely, since you likely won't get those deals anyway.

It’s good to have a store near by, but more and more the staff had been closing the store earlier without notification, store hour is unstable and differs from Google map time. They start to block off the entrance almost an hour before closing time, I mean if they dont want to work that late it’s understandable, just change the store hour and stick with it, and not wasting parents time to realize they want to close early when they want to, since it’s the only time kids go to sleep and can finally do grocery shopping.

This is the best lucky in the area! I live right across the street from one, but I prefer this one. They're clean and well organized. They have a good stock of products. Their clearance rack is easy to find and in a sanitary area!

The best grocery for exotic foods from other countries. I try everything. I drive here from Santa Rosa, California, because the food is more interesting, international, exotic. Amazing team. Great lessons on taste and dishes for my family and children

Get your groceries or last minute items for that recipe you're cooking! Supermarkets are abundant in this area but if you're looking for some potential savings and decent quality items, Lucky has you covered. It's a no frills kind of experience so don't expect much and you'll come out with a handsome haul of goodies for less. What makes Lucky stand out from the other stores is that you'll gain access to "deals" without having to set up some account. They have rolling savings (check their ads) so you're bound to find something you need or want at a lower price than normal. The aisles are organized well and usually are stocked, although, there have been a few times where a few more niche items were sold out. Can't blame for low supply for low demand products though. On most days, this location is not too busy so walking through the store is easy and quiet, however, it also can be slow to pay due to limited number of open registers.Plenty of parking and carts for use. Usually can find a spot right outside the door. It's also located near a few restaurants and tea shops that can add a bit of color to your errand day.If you live in the neighborhood and are in a pinch for some groceries or are looking for savings around the year, Lucky is a decent choice.

Fairly small store by comparison to most Lucky's. My biggest complaint by far is the poor quality of the produce. As I update this review, nothing is really changed. The biggest complaint is the quality of the produce section.

Third time I've been harassed in the produce dept about putting produce in a bag first before weighing because it might be wet, don't only have 2 scales, smelling the produce & most recently touching the grapes in order to remove More than I need, want or can eat! You don't want people to remove too much product make SMALLER BAGS I'm NEVER going to this lucky in charter square Fremont again!
