I can't speak more highly of Lexus Fremont. I had been trying to get a new car at Lexus Stevens Creek (which is closer to my home) for three years (no joke) and even with a deposit down, they couldn't get me a car and kept referencing their long waiting list. It was insane. The head of sales there ended up personally calling me to apologize after I pulled my deposit after no car in 3 years. BUT THEN I CONTACTED LEXUS FREMONT - and within weeks (literally only weeks!) they allocated me the exact car I wanted. I came in, put down my deposit for the car, and within 2 months I received my new car! I worked with David M. during this process and he couldn't have been more reliable, helpful, patient and kept me updated on the status of my car every week. And when my car was ready to be picked up, David made the process so memorable!! I can't thank you enough David!!!! Also, a huge thank you to Andy (the General Sales Manager) for getting the car I wanted ordered right away and Danny (Finance) for making the transaction process so seamless. Literally from start to finish, I had the best customer service. The vibe and energy of all who work at Fremont Lexus was so warm and accommodating (SOOOOO different than Stevens Creek). I will be telling anyone I know who wants a Lexus to go to the Fremont dealership (whether or not it is the closest one) because the service, kindness and reliability is incomparable. And most importantly, their actions meet their words. They have gained a lifelong customer! Thank you so much!

Took my car in to replace moonroof glass. Upon picking it up, told the cashier I needed my Visa receipt for my insurance company. He told me they don't give out Visa receipts anymore. When I insisted I need the receipt, he checked with a senior cashier who also refused to give me a receipt. Told me they would email me a receipt, which never happened. For the next 2 weeks, I left several messages with managers and staff and not a single response. Service was telling me the cashier can only give me a receipt and cashier was telling me my service advisor could give me a receipt. A complete clown show. After a couple weeks, I went to the dealership in person and the same cashier that initially told me I could not get a receipt, printed one up for me in 2 minutes. I've been coming to this dealership for several years and they will never see another penny from me ever. Good job Lexus Fremont. Several weeks later, someone emails me a copy of the invoice, not the paid Visa receipt which I told them a million times is what I needed. Comical.

I had the pleasure of working with Ali Malek in selling my Benz today. This is the second time that I’ve sold my car to Lexus Fremont, thanks to Ali’s exceptional customer service. May be this deserves one star! I dropped of my car Friday afternoon for a simple 10K service and as of Mon 2:15, there is no update and no call back after calling them about half a dozen time. I was told that it should be ready by afternoon if not late morning Sat!! Will change to one star depending on how this goes!I get a call few minutes back and it sounded like “we don’t care”. They could easily find my contact if they wanted to, but that’s ok, it’s a supply-demand equation!

My experience purchasing a car at Lexus of Fremont was exceptionally good. I had looked at cars at several other locations including other Lexus dealerships and this one had the best pricing, customer service, and overall experience compared to the rest. I worked with Tony Moyrong through the entire process and he has diligently responded to all the questions and concerns. His exceptional customer service skills made me feel valued and at ease. If you're looking for a car salesman who goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service, I highly recommend working with Tony. You won't be disappointed!

I normally have an exceptional experience with Lexus of Fremont however this last time I was there I would definitely be giving a 1 star review. I arrived for my 40k mile service, I expected to be there for 2 hours tops as all my services there haven't been any longer. If it was going to take longer than that it would've been nice to know but unfortunately that wasn't communicated by my service advisor. I was there from 10 am to 3:10 pm, only communication I received was when I personally would go ask. At the end of my service my advisor gave me the keys to my car and walked me to my car. We didn't go over what was done to my car, didn't go over what's to expect next service, didn't sign any paper work. I called other Lexus dealerships like Redwood City to inquire about what to expect for a 40k service and they offered a loaner vehicle as well as a shuttle which were options not offered to me by Fremont.

Beware of the shady nature of this location!My family and I went into buy a used BMW. From the very start of the interaction, Omar, the sales guy was very unprofessional, rude, intimidating and talked down to us on multiple occasions. After our experience, we decided to speak to Monty Singh, the manager, to close out the deal. He turned out to be just as shady. When we agreed on a number, we realized there was an error calculating sales taxes, which should have credited us $700. Instead, they decided not to disclose this and used this to increase their own profit. When confronted, we were told “ Either buy the car or leave”. Very unprofessional!We decided to drop the contract solely on ethics and principle. Whole staff seems to have a very big ego and will talk down to you if you’re not wearing Gucci or Prada. Make sure to have money hanging out of your pocket so you will be treated with just a little bit of decency and respect!Suggestion: Need a lot of training in customer service and ego reduction

The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and the process is as easy as 1,2,3. The waiting room is comfortable they even have a waiting room for kids and another room with massage chairs. They serve water and coffee as you wait for your vehicle and an accessory store that’s always fun to look at. My last 4 visits was always pleasant. No complaints!

Having this been my 3rd time leasing a vehicle I found the Lexus of Fremont staff to be the best Service Team I have worked with. My Service Technician Manager Phat Lam was great, knowing I had to leave quickly to get to a meeting he was able to get me out the door within 10-15 minutes.

I was able to get the next day appointment to replace the battery for my UX 250h. Martin Sanchez, the service advisor looked through my record and offered excellent advice to keep my car in mint condition. The car was delivered on time as promised. Everybody from the outside attendant to the receptionist are extremely courteous and professional. Lexus continues to get very high mark from me.

James was my service rep and he was very helpful in getting my car in and ready to work on. He gave me details about what was to be done and gave me prices that I needed to know for future visits. I asked about buying future maintenance packages and he was very transparent and honest with his advice which I felt would save me some money in the long run. Would definitely come back to see him again when my next service is due.

Purchasing a car at Fremont Lexus was a good experience. Every one was professional.When servicing a car, its a bad experience.Pros:- a nice ambiance to hang around or to work while the car is being servicedCons:- first time, dropping off a car on Friday, I had to wait 35 minutes to see the service representative though I made an appointment prior. I brought in the car for 10k service, wheel alignment, and steering off center issue. The steering off center issue was not fixed.- I took the car second time to correct the issue. Again, the waiting time was 20 minutes to see the service representative. The technician acknowledged the issue and claimed to fix it. Yet, the steering was still off center.- i informed the service representative that the issue still existed and asked for advice.I didn't get any response.That was an amazing experience!
