The 4 feet tall Asian woman who works here intimidates a lot of customers, myself included. She pretends to help out while she's actually harassing. I am not going to shop at this place no more ending my 20 years long relationship with this store.

I brought something today to return it. The lady who works there asian lady smelled it. It's better to use a dog to smell it, and you don't need to smell it for things that have tags and receipts.

I was chased by an Asian woman (she's an employee, as she was wearing a badge) this evening (Thursday, March 21, 2024) around 8:40 pm. I first went to the notebooks/calendars section, and she came out of nowhere behind me, saying "good evening," so I replied "evening," thinking she was genuine. She came near me, pretending to tidy things up. Then I moved to the olive oil section, as I usually spend time there looking for healthy Italian extra virgin olive oil, specifically cold-pressed. So, I meticulously check the bottles, and again she came behind me, pretending to tidy up. Then I moved to the cookies section, and she made a circle, practically looking for me. She passed by me again, saying "good evening," as if to convey 'Hey, I'm not chasing you.' No, you are chasing me, and if it happens again, you will be confronted in a big way. Marshall's used to be a good place, but it has deteriorated badly in terms of the selection of items they have and in terms of leaving customers alone.
