My two daughters are both in mathseed for several years. They feel comfortable with their teachers, directors and classmates. The students of Mathseed have made wonderful achievements in Math Kangaroo, CML, Math Olympia, AMC. My daughters learned a lot of math skills by preparing these math competitions. In mathseed class, 8 students in a small group first tried to slove the math problem independently, then the first student who solved the problem would share her/his idea with the class, at last the teacher would analysis the point. This is a perfect way for students to build their thinking skill. As a good learner in math and parent, I do teach my daughters math at home. But the experiences in Mathseed gave them deep understanding math concepts in a different way by thinking together with the other students. I have already recommended Mathseed to quite a few friends.

Terrible in one word ! The owners are rude and use a condescending tone with kids . My child was almost in tears after one class and we decided to withdraw but we were given such a hard time . Math should be fun for kids not a punishment

I went there before, and they gave me 8th grade math to do when i was in 7th grade, and when i couldnt do it, they said i should do 6 grade math

Mathseed is wonderful! The teachers are kind, patience and knowledgeable. My kid improved a lot in math just 3 months after she goes to Mathseed. They teach Singapore math which is more advance and yet it helps the kids to have a better understanding of the fundamentals. My kids used to be a little behind in school, but ever since she goes to Mathseed, she is no longer behind but now she is even a little above average. She is very happy with her improvement and she loves Mathseed! Highly recommended!

Mathseed is a superior place for kids to speeding their math skills. Jack and Megan who run this business are full of math teaching experience. My 3rd grader has developed genuine love in math and I can see his great improvement in the past year. Mathseed also provides GATE program and my kid did pass GATE with 99% after taking this awesome program. I highly recommend Mathseed!

My son has joined mathseed since he first grade, this year he is going to fifth grade but he will do seventh grade math at mathseed this fall . Every year he got medals either Noeticmath contest and Continental math League.This year he got top 20 of US national math Kangaroo contest. Very good organization and good teachers . Highly recommended .

I joined Mathseed 2 years ago. All of my kids enjoy the time there. The reason I joined was the math challenges and the critical thinking enhancement.After 2 years, I saw my girl (5th grade) has a higher confidence in her math and asked to joined Math Olympiad herself. My boy (3rd grade) has more interested in advanced math and loves the challenge problems.Winning the competitions is a bonus.Highly recommended!

My 8yo son has been attending Mathseed for the past 2 years. We have noticed improvement on accuracy and speed, and overall confidence in math. Mathseed is the only place we have found that teaches and follows the common core curriculum using the Singapore math technique, which uses a lot of visual cues/ graphs/ word problems to demonstrate a concept.

My kid went to mathseed for 3 years; I am so impressed to see her growth. Not only that she learned how to do advanced/competition math, but more important she learned how to self study new math concepts by herself (she is 3rd grade now). Mathseed is a great math institution if you want your kids to explore different math concepts and do an excellent job in math competition. This is also a good choice for parents who are unhappy with public school standard math program or kids who feel school math is too easy and want to learn more challenging math.
