Mike was very informative when we came like 3 mos ago, and when we finally decided to get a new bed, George was patiently explaining the details of what we wanted and was very informative as well in giving us comparison of each mattresses. He was so busy but still didn’t rush us to decide but was creative in managing his time. Very good customer service.

Give Carlos a raise! He was so helpful and personable, very friendly. Had all the information about the different brands and could answer any questions you had. This was my first time here and I'd definitely recommend friends and family to come to the Fremont Mattress Firm and talk to him.

I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm with an awful experience. What the sales present in the show room and what I received during the delivery is TOTALLY different item.When I contacted the sales and store manager for my complaint, they refused to communicate and refused they provided SO misleading sales experience to me. I was feeling ridiculed when they told me you can sell the adjustable base on FB marketplace if you don't like it. What?They also do not accept the return for this item. Very bad experience. I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from them.

Great experience end to end, from store visit to delivery and setup, (accommodation of my delivery schedule) and after purchase sale adjustment.Went with a different brand, after being a life long Beautyrest consumer, hoping to love Temperpedic, waiting to see.

I purchased a firm mattress after trying out a few in their Fremont store and it got promptly delivered with negotiated discounts. Unfortunately the mattress gave me a back pain after a few nights of sleep. I informed the Mattress firm Fremont manager about the same and he was very efficient in refunding the complete amount and arranging the mattress pickup. Overall the process was smooth and their customer service is excellent.

Appreciated the expertise, efficiency, and most important kindness of Michael at Mattress Firm in Pacific Commons. He simplified the whole process by first getting to know us and then was able to share tailored options, features at varying price points. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. He set up delivery for the next day. Thank you Michael and the team at Pacific Commons.

Super service, and quick with explaining how everything was going to work. I explained how another vendor was supposed to deliver the same week but ended up shifting almost to a two week delivery. They assured I would get next day delivery with cleanup, and assembly. 10/10 care from this store.

The salesperson was nice and patient. He changed quite a few mattresses on a bed frame for my son to try the comfortness. Finally we picked a full size mattress my son liked most. The price was good. Will recommend to my friends.

Very pleasant experience shopping for my mattresses. The salesperson who helped us was very informative and helpful. We were able to feel the differences in mattresses and he helped search for the best value within our budget. Definitely would be coming back to mattress firm to purchase any future bed mattresses we need or even bed frames as well. Thank you for the very informative, helpful, and timely experience.
