I've had nothing but problems with this place. First time the guy doesn't ask if we want insurance or what we want to make as our account pin and didn't even give us our account pin that he made up himself. Then we go back to make an insurance claim and our service gets shut off 2 days later due to lack of payment which I just made my payment 2 days before but it says I still owe 25 which come to find out the same employee didn't wave the activation fee and had my service shut off while I was at work. Horrible store where the employees also sit around talking about high and drunk they got the night before.

I just visited this location today and was helped by a very kind person named Uno. I highly recommend his services. He explained things in a way that I understood. Uno was very professional, patient, informative, and kind.

Very ghetto and shady.every time they either extra charge say they don't have but have put extra on your bill and just straight ghetto and shady.to miss m and anybody else we can get a lawsuit.also one phone didn't match skus on boxTHEY SELL OLDER BROKEN PHONES AND PUT THEM IN A NEW BOX

First time visiting this location and was totally impressed by the customer service. Upgraded my plan and even got a price break.The location in my town (Sacramento) had horrible customer service and could not do anything for us without corporate intervention.

This is the worst location I have been to. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. They lied to me about my phone(went to a different Metro to find out) and two of the employees laughed in my face as I began crying believing they had ripped me off and thinking the first employee lied when it was the other woman.I asked them why they would laugh in my face this way and the "manager" came and told me not to speak to her that way while I was merely asking why they were treating me so badly.Later on I went back in with my phone number they tried to claim was gone while giggling as if me being disconnected from everything is a funny joke to them. They literally lied to my face for laughs as I was crying.Am currently suing them for all this including them charging me for things I didn't agree to as well as trying to increase my monthly payment though I have been a customer for over a decade.

Horrible customer service. Instead of having masks for their customers they just kick you out. I used the little pay station by the door. She was on her phone,neck bent like a giraffe and looks up yells no a few times and goes back to her phone. Literally. Horrible customer service.

Went to buy my daughter a phone (her first one) and the sales person Ricardo was very helpful with my options and all of my questions. He gladly helped me and gave me a great deal on my plan. Very happy purchase and will be recommending people to go here. Also Diana helped me with changing the caller ID name. Both workers were very polite and happy to help.
