Geronimo is the man!! He helped me get set up with home internet and I couldn't be any happier with my experience! I've been to a couple other metros and by far this location has been the best!! Will definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area!

Geronimo did an amazing and surprisingly fast job helping me activate a new account for my cellphone. For those people that must go inside a metro store to handle any kind of business, I recommend the Stevenson location to ensure 100% outcome to their purpose ?? . I will definitely return there if I need to in the future.

Well, this shop has sure changed... the folks that used to work there, really knew their business; what's more, they actually wanted to help the customer, and get their issues solved... Sadly, that has utterly changed now... the guy that was serving me over my past three visits, was surly, unpleasant, and completely uninterested in what issue I was dealing with, couldn't care less what was going on, or trying to fix anything. Even a very simple, direct question, such as 'why am I being charged different amounts for consecutive activation actions?', got surly, grumbling, unhelpful responses... I think it is time for me to consider a different phone provider.

I just needed a car charger when I went inside there was a young lady helping a couple and there's was a line like 5 people waiting the other person behind the register was sleeping!!!! I mean is that the way the employees work?

Bought a phone here goes smooth then this guy said go ahead slide again because it didn’t go through. I saw it says approve on the first slide of my card by the time I came home they took 900$

Went in today to buy a phone for my Mom, Leslie helped me. I just wanted to go in and get out. Leslie kept pushing for me to buy a screen protector for my moms phone. Said it'll end up being just 120$ total with it included. At the end she whispers to my mom ill give you it for free dont tell anyone. Ends up pricing everything at 120$ anyways. I went over the receipt with her and she claimed the screen protector is free and that she hid the discount in the price of the phone. I did the math in my head and told her this is wrong. She said "no trust me its in there" i didnt want to argue with someone who thought they could coerce me and trick me into thinking she gave me a deal. I worked sales for 5 years and understand the game. Hope you can get more trust worthy employees here

I came to this store in need of replacement phone... Having issues with my power off button... When I came in the staff was very nice and helpful There was a girl there (can't remember her name) that helped the girl out who was doing the claim... That I really liked... She was very helpful.... When I came back a few days later to pick up the phone... I was helped by (Jeremy or Jerry) who as well was very pleasant... While waiting for info to be transferred from the old phone to the new... I had questions about upgrading the phone... Which Jeremy explained and also gave feedback on a phone we were inquiring about... All in all I had a good experience at the Stevenson store... I've been to other metros where the staff wasn't pleasant to be around...

Not helpful at all! Got a phone 4 months ago and each month we have an issue and all they can say is, call customer service and customer service says go to the store! Metro is so ghetto! Not good service at all!

Today I went there to get a phone case & the guy who was working on 11/9/2019 @ 2:50 was soooooo rude. Not only was he smacking his lips when chewing his gum I asked him if he help me open the otter box phone case but he seemed not to know how to either. So I had to call my boyfriend out of the car to help me & as my boyfriend is helping me open the box he asked how much would the case be . The guy first said 40$ so my boyfriend pulled out 40 in cash , the guy then said " sorry the lowest I can do is 50$ since the case is 60$ " wtf !! He charged me 56$ not 50$ !!!! NEVER will I go here again !! Y'all suck !! I should of took my happy a** to fuckin AT&T !!

Leslie ROCKS and was the greatest at helping me get my phone changed over to the new GSM service. All I wanted to do was discuss my options, get the phone I had picked out in my hands to try it out and find if I liked it or if I needed to look further. We talked about it for at least 10 minutes, she let me look the phone over. I asked that she hold the phone until I could go home and backup my phone. Thank You Leslie, you did a great job transferring my contacts list, pictures and all.
