I came here for a quote today(4 nov 2024) you know that thing every auto body shop normally gives out. The front desk woman said no but they can give me a guesstimate quote that won't be written down which is utterly pointless. The funniest part is I went to another autobody shop and they have the California rules and regulations on the wall. literally one of the rules to being an auto body shop in California is you have to give out free estimates not sure why your employees are trained so poorly but you should probably get on that before the board gets on you

Dont trust the google reviews and fall victim to one of the worst auto body shops in the East Bay. I took my vehicle in on a Tuesday and was told after all paperwork was signed that the estimator they assigned to me was off but that they'd have someone call me. Nobody reached out to me, but I chalked it up to them being busy. I called the estimator Wednesday and left a voicemail after I did not receive a call that day either. Fast forward to Friday: not one call. I decided to complain to my insurance and inquire about pulling my truck out and I miraculously get a call 5 minutes after my insurance rep said they'd reach out to them. Ruth reassured me I was in good hands and the teardown of my damaged windshield had started, yet could provide me with no estimate or pick up date outside of "we're hoping next week". She said she would call me back by end of day and... never did. I then get a voicemail 3 days later saying my vehicle should be ready by end of day with no clarification if I should call or if they'll call when its ready. When I called back, I was told to wait for a call... It ended up not being ready until the end of the next day, contrary to what they told me. When I finally received the call that it was ready, I was told I'd have to bring the truck back in 10 days because they couldn't get the door emblem in time...I have been forced to bike to work, rent a car for a few days, and switch my schedule around due to incredibly poor communication and lack of coordination on their part. Never have I experienced such inconvenience from a "professional" auto body shop. All in all this simple repair took 9 days and was incredibly overpriced. Don't believe the bot reviews left to drown out the real ones. Please take your vehicle anywhere else.

This is a very good experience to repair my vehicle . The front desk is friendly, Ramon inspected the vehicle carefully and explained to me clearly, the whole process was very smooth.
From the second day, they send text messages instantly to let me know the progress and status of repairs.
I was notified the vehicle is all fixed and ready to pick up today afternoon, we arrived around 4:50pm, the front desk was not uphappy because of the delay in getting off work, Ramon also explained the repairs in detail.
It was a very pleasant vehicle repair experience and highly recommended!

Great experience, staff is very professional and friendly. Car came back looking great. Two things I have to critique is that when I got my car back the media center was locked. They offered to fix it, but I didn't want to wait around while they tried to get ahold of a dealership. The second was they charged me for a $500 deductible which should have been waived since my insurance concluded I was not at fault. Had to make a return trip back to the shop just to get the refund. Not the end of the world but an inconvenience I'd rather not have.

Great service! Great quality of work repair on my 2018 Camry. Ramon kept me well informed on what needed to be done on my vehicle and how long it would take. The front desk help was very friendly and courteous. Kept me up to date whenever I had a question. I will definitely go back and get repairs done here in the future if needed. Great body shop, hugh quality work and highly recommended!

My insurance sent me here when a prius crashed into me & i was amazed with the work they did. They were able to fix my car up and you couldn’t even tell it was in an accident. Even the paint job looks perfect. I did have to leave my car for a few weeks, but it was so worth the wait! Staff is pretty friendly and honest. They also have a good warranty policy. I had a minor issue after, but they took accountability and were able to fix my car drama free, unlike some many other places that try to scam you.

The lady at the front desk is very rude. The shop needs to make improvement to this issue 'cause there are many similar feedback about it. I've decided to use a different shop.

Had a minor accident where my bumper and hood had to be replaced. Went there because geico sent me there. They were Very professional. Advisor went over the parts they were fixing. He was giving regular updates and gave back the vehicle on time as mentioned with paint intact. Highly recommend this place if you run into any crashes

Horrible Service! They seem to not know how to work with the insurance agency's. They were very rude and not on time about anything.
