The lady at the front desk is very rude. The shop needs to make improvement to this issue 'cause there are many similar feedback about it. I've decided to use a different shop.

Had a minor accident where my bumper and hood had to be replaced. Went there because geico sent me there. They were Very professional. Advisor went over the parts they were fixing. He was giving regular updates and gave back the vehicle on time as mentioned with paint intact. Highly recommend this place if you run into any crashes

Horrible Service! They seem to not know how to work with the insurance agency's. They were very rude and not on time about anything.

I had the best experience here! I went in expecting to pay $1-2k for a repair and paint touch up and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary polish which took care of 95% of the damage! I inquired about a quote for a pointless dent repair and was referred to someone else in the area that does that service for a better price! I left with a huge smile and no money out of pocket! Best service I've had anywhere in a really long time!

I was at the place for an estimate for scratches on my vehicle's right rear end. Mona, the administrative personnel had a car technician, Ajay Sharma perform a courtesy job. He did some miracle cleaning and my scratches were gone. I thank both of them for helping and saving me money. I would recommend this place to everyone for their vehicle repair needs.

Very RUDE reception there. The person at the Front Desk was so put out that I came in and actually made her do something other than talk on the phone to what sounded like a friend. Then, after they promised to buff out some marks, they didn't and I asked them to look at it and they gave a BS excuse that they tried..... it wasn't touched! Go Anywhere else!

I was extremely pleased with the service they gave me on my '04 BMW Convertible. I took it in after I lose the front bumper in a hit & run in a parking lot. They kept me updated via text, and when they were done I couldn't even tell it had ever been damaged. And they washed my car which was amazing because I have to park it outside, and I'm dealing with back issues that make it super hard to wash my car. A plus!

Long story short: Catalytic Converter stolen in October 2022. AAA sent me a list of verified companies to choose. I chose Crash Champions. A lot of back and forth of "catalytic converters on nationwide back orders, blah blah blah. you can try calling toyota dealerships to check, too, blah blah blah. I'll definitely keep you updated WEEKLY, blah blah blah" Fast forward to April/May 2023: same old schpeal "nationwide back order blah blah blah" and I finally spoke with my adjuster and even they were surprised my car had been sitting at the shop for more than 6+ months. Fortunately, Fremont Toyota came through again and was able to secure a catalytic converter and got it completed within 2 weeks. BUT- we had to wait a week or so because Crash Champions forgot to order a part that was needed to place the catalytic converter on the car... I just... Don't recommend.

My car got broken into so I went to Crash to get estimate for the damage. My appointment was at 1pm but it got moved to 1:15 pm, not a big deal. The advisor that was assigned to me was not there at 1:15pm so the manager helped me. The manager took photos and told me my advisor Brian Tanaka will contact me the following morning to give me the estimate. Well the following morning came and no call or no email from Brian. I called Crash to get info from Brian but he must not have gotten the message from his manager because he was clueless about me and my car. He searched me in their system and he emailed me my estimate. I called him because I had few questions about the estimate but he was busy and the receptionist told me she'll relay the message to him to call me back. I followed up with an email just incase the receptionist forgets to relay the message to call me back. Well, 5 hours later and no call back. I called and again he was busy so I couldn't get a hold of him again. The receptionist said she'll be the one to help me so I asked her about the estimate and inquire about the parts and she didn't know the answer. She seemed aggravated with me at this point, maybe because I called about 3x already trying to get a hold of Brian but to my defense Brian never called me back the other 3x that I called him. Just as I was to call my adjustor to refer me to another body shop, Brian finally called back. Brian didn't sound happy to say the least, to talk to me but I decided to give it a chance. I asked about the mirror that was in the estimate which thank goodness I did because the mirror they put in the estimate is wrong. At the end of the conversation, he said he's waiting for lead times on some parts and that he would call me the following morning to let me now. A couple of hours later, I received a text saying my estimate appointment with Crash has been cancelled. Uhhh, what estimate appointment?? I guess that meant they didn't want to work on my car because that was the last time I heard from Crash. Here's the thing, Crash is in business where they're going to be dealing with people that probably had an accident or got their car broken into which is really stressful. The last thing customers need is to get a bad customer service from them. Crash made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for asking questions. I was never rude, as a matter of fact I made it a point to be nice in exchange for an amazing customer service experience. I was wrong. Needless to say, I went to another body shop which I should have went to in the first place. They inspected my car, provided estimate, got estimate approved by my insurance, and set up an appointment to fix my car, all this within 30 minutes. The estimate they provided was also less, which to me doesn't really matter because my insurance is paying for it but wanted to add for people who are paying out of pocket.

Just spoke with one of the estimators - and not surprisingly, he's offered to help me do a temporary fix on my 2016 4Runner (I was victim of a hit & run) until they can get the parts. I have used Crash Champs AKA "Mikes Auto Body" on San Pedro Ave a few times now. They are a "preferred" shop though my car insurance (USAA). Unfortunately, given that I drive 25,000+ miles a year - I've had a few claims where I've used their services. EVERY SINGLE TIME - responsive, friendly, flexible. VERY impressed with these guys thus far!! I've primarily done insurance claim work - BUT - for ANY private / cash pay jobs... They have my business. Good body shop. Good work. Good people.

They said the car was ready, but they took an hour to get my car out. They were notified of the time I was gonna be there and as unprofessional as they are they decided to waste my time.Say it’s ready and have it ready.

Excellent service, they just changed the DBA name called collision champion but still the same crew I heard, very friendly and helpful staff, just picked up my car and they'll help you take care of the rental as well, one stop service, they have a rather long wait list so plan ahead, highly recommended!
