I forgot that I had a dollar leftover from a lottery prize but the man working there stopped me and gave it to me.

Bamboozled! Buyer beware!!! I went in a couple of days ago to look at vape pens and an older gentleman (I'm assuming the owner) was helping me. He kept removing the plastic from different pens to show them to me, which maybe should have been a red flag (he obviously has the means to reseal them) but he seemed nice and I wanted to trust him so I allowed him to upsell me on one much fancier than I needed. When I got it home i was delighted to find that it still had some battery life and it worked great. Fast forward one and a half days and the battery was finally in need of a charge so I plugged it into the accompanying usb cable and the red light comes on then stops after 10 seconds. I try all night but can't get it to charge. "No worries," I think, "I'm sure that nice man will set things straight" BOY WAS I WRONG. I went today, mind you it's only been like 2 days since I purchased it. The same gentleman was there and I attempted to greet him, making sure he remembered me. He claimed to remember me but his expression was void of a greeting. Likely because he could see that I had the product with me. I explained to him about the battery problem and he immediately shrugged me off claiming that the battery must have been it's last leg. What?? How? I just bought it brand new from you 2 days ago? He agreed but told me sometimes they just die and takes zero responsibility for electronic items. The nice man who I had met days earlier was gone and what remained was a hollow, dishonest, dollar worshipping, pathetic excuse for a man. It's one thing to not take financial responsibility for a defective item, but it's entirely different message when you give zero shits about selling trash. So - fair warning to anyone going in there. Hollow Mike couldn't care less about what he's selling you, as long he's getting paid. So if he accidentally sells you a Lincoln log instead of a lighter or some cyanide instead of cbd oil, don't expect a refund or an apology or even just a little sympathy. He don't owe you s**** I considered ending this with some examples of what he could've done differently to keep me as a customer without spending a penny. But why? It's not like I want to help a business that I will never again patronize. So instead I just hope this post makes you think twice about giving this man your money. Or, if you're a shoplifter with a guilty conscious - I hope this somehow absolves it.

Its a great locals place to shop, both employees are very smart & savy, tho- sometimes the guy seems rude ( he really just having health problems with his wife so he seems rude but is just very sad and very worried about his wife) if you have problems just shop when Donna is there and they'll be no problems I promise.

I went to Mike's today because I was charged twice last week according to the message I got from Bank of America. Mike was so rude and disrespectful in front of another customer and said to call my bank. He went on and on about and threw receipts at me and said check them!! I left there in tears and a few hours later, got a call from an employee of the store who he treats like a piece of trash telling me that she was calling to apologize for Mike's behavior! My response was " Mike should grow a pair" instead of having his employees do his dirty work!!!

With the exception that I was 1 of the first people there at opening time, I was in and out in record time. I went to the smoke shop in the Fremont hub last week to buy another vape, not only was it about 40 bucks more, but the vape I bought with the 12ml tobacco juice 12mg, was more advanced and saved me a lot more cash than the Fremont hub smoke shop. The guy was quick and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, like the Fremont hub shop. Don't go to the Fremont hub shop. They will rip u off big time! Mike's has a new customer, even if I never come back again soon, since I'm from out of town, I will definitely be back for my vaping needs!!
