Called in, the woman who answered was extremely unprofessional. She insisted on using professional jargon as if everyone is supposed to be a professional accountant. When I was unclear what she was asking me for, she proceeds to get frustrated and tell me my business is not wanted and then hung up on me. Will never be using this company in the future and I hope this serves as a warning for other hardworking Americans to find assistance elsewhere. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

One of the highlights of the new year is getting our taxes prepared at Moore Financial Services. I love that this is a family business. Charlene is our tax preparer and we always feel really confident in her work. We feel like she really knows us, cares about us and is invested in our financial well-being. As usually, we completed our tax prep last evening. Charles does a great job of accommodating our crazy schedule and was ready for our 6:00 appointment. We even got there a bit early and she was ready to take us. We also do our do diligence in being prepared and it works out well. We were in and out in less than an hour, our taxes filed and submitted, paperwork complete. All we need to do now is wait for our very nice return to appear in our bank account. Some people would argue that going to a cheaper place is better (and cheaper, for sure) BUT I maintain that we are investing in year round financial assistance. When we first started coming to Moore, our taxes were a nightmare and Charlene helped us through many scary moments. We have an easier go of it now but when all is said and done, knowing we have someone we can call and get immediate help is all the piece of mind we need. We appraise all the hard work Moore has done fro us and we are life-long customers.

Filed my tax with this company on the year of 2012 and just received a letter from irs by saying that I didn't filed any tax report for the year of 2012 I just received the letter last week August 24th 2015 Didn't receive any notice from this company and they didn't even make any apologize to me. Just said I can't tell anything!! Great business! Thank u for charged me a lot services fee on that year!

Worst customer service. I did my taxes paid the money but i needed to change some IRA elections , Taxes are still not filed i needed to sign the forms for them. I called the m multiple times,email them . I spoke to Vicki multiple times nothing happened. They charge me 500 bucks without filing my taxes. Stay away from them

They are too slow. Receptionist seems not to know what she is doing in the agency, she can`t answer the easiest questions and lies about the price. Even to see time for our appointment took from her about 5 minutes. The "specialist", who was working with us, couldn`t explain the most important questions and gave us advices, that were not useful at all. He also was very slow, he was typing with one finger, making mistake in every single word and date. Actually we understand, that the agency just needs such employers who will expend the time which is purchased from the client`s pocket. We decided to pay him, without finishing our deal, cause it was just unbearable to see how uninterested he is in our business.

If it weren't for John and Charlene I would definitely not be in the financial position I am today. I've been able to send all 3 of my boys to college and I'm still saving for retirement. I'm so grateful to them for their services over the years.
