Appreciated the service from Staff. Quiet surroundings except when the trains pass by with their horns. Had to end out of storage due to higher pricing and without warning of the price rise.

Lauren was very helpful in answering all my questions about the facilities. Was very helpful with a walkthrough of the facilities and getting everything situated. The online experience of reservation, payment and setup was very straightforward and easy. Looked around for other offers of storage around Fremont and found this to be the best option in terms of location and ease of access to a main road. Overall great experience.

Soraj was great! He helped us get a transfer out of a unit. We didn’t need into a smaller one that was more suitable for our needs. He was super helpful super friendly. I recommend this storage place based on him.

I have been a tenant here for a while now and I really like this place it's super clean and Lauren the manager has been great. She will go out of her way to help with whatever you need including rates because of course everything changes eventually. The company has changed ownership twice and because of Lauren I continue to stay so thank you Lauren
