A long overdue review, the entire team there does amazing work. I had paint correction, PPF, ceramic coating, and windows tinted with Joe's team two years ago. I brought the car in again to get some mods wrapped and ceramic coated and the rest of the car still looks great as if it was just wrapped. These guys are highly recommended. There aren't enough words to say about how amazing OCDetailing is to work with. Once I ordered my Model Y I wanted to make sure to get a full PPF and tinting done on the car as my first task. I searched online and OCDetailing had amazing reviews across multiple social platforms. Joe was amazing to talk to, always promptly answering any questions I had while explaining the difference between different brands. It was pretty apparent early on that Joe was extremely knowledgeable and had a high standard for the work being done at the shop. While OCD was not the cheapest option, they were by far the best option and I'll give reasons why. In the beginning I was thinking of using STEK Dynogrey but the overall grey was a bit too dark for my taste so Joe steered me onto IVIOS Kaizer Winter Gray and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my decision. Joe was extremely transparent, provided the pros and cons of different brands, and kept me well informed during the entire process; if something wasn't right or if they make a mistake they own up to it and make sure corrected....which leads me to my next part...I ended up going with OCDetailing for my PPF wrap but not my tint because after reading all the articles and scouring the internet I was deadset on having XPEL Prime XR Plus tint on the windows which OCD offers 3M Crystalline. The experience with other shop that did my tint (which I will keep the name anonymous) was horrendous. Not only was the workmanship poor (I went back 2-3 times to get things fixed due to poor quality or reapplying the wrong brand/shade of tint), they scratched my window and the black trim on my driver's side while removing the old tint and didn't even tell me, I had to find it out myself. When I confronted them they tried to deny it was their fault. The hilarity of it all is I inevitably had OCD redo my front windshield because it was so poorly done by the previous shop I got fed up and just wanted quality work without the headache. I'll probably come back in the future to redo the rest of the windows as well. Sadly it's a lesson learned, go to a place where the shop is honest, pays attention to the details, and they stand by their quality of work. OCDetailing did a fantastic job on my Aston Martin DB11!!Absolutely love the powder coated gloss black wheels and smoked headlights&tailight! They did these for very reasonable price considerng how professional they are. I can't find any shop in the East Bay that is better than OCDetailing(Had extremely bad experience at a shop nearby in Fremont)Very professional and they take great care of your car! I highly recommend OCDetailing:)

Joe and crew did a full tint (including lights), clay bar and acid rain wash (even though it was brand new), paint correction, PPF wrap and ceramic coating on my new Tesla Model S Plaid. Even polish and ceramic coat the wheel barrels (where you get the most brake dust) and calipers. I am a repeat cutomer (even offers a loyalty discount). Outstanding job as always. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Ran it over to the local service center for me when I couldn't, coordinated some interior work with an upholstery vendor next door, installed screen protectors I had supplied myself, and even detailed my Model 3 (which he also wrapped). Staff (Joe, Alex, Maddie) is super friendly and helpful. Shop is clean (important for dust control with PPF and tinting). Will always take my rides to OCDetailing. #customerforlife. Thanks OCD team! See you in two weeks for my follow-up appt.

Took my Model X back in to Joe OC detailing because I made the mistake of going to a high pressure car wash which damaged the wrap on the front hood & bumper.Joe did me a huge favor & re-wrapped the entire hood for a fair price! More damage to the paint was discovered due to poor paint job when pulling off the wrap. Joe took it upon himself to save me time & had the bumper painted.When we picked up the car, it looked as good as new when we first had it wrapped! OC Detailing is definitely legit & the best, & wouldn’t take any of my cars anywhere else.Thanks again Joe!

I did lots of research before deciding to go to OCDetailing. Looked up a ton of different places in the tri-city area. Settled on a handful and then visited each and every one of them. Got pricing and timeframe from each and chatted with employees. As so many have stated, Alex and Joe went out of their way to not only make me comfortable, but also took their time in answering questions...as many questions as I had. And I had many. I went back a few times and different employees helped me. Each one with a genuine smile and helpful demeanor. I could tell they enjoyed working there. One even showed me what a specific wrap would look like on my car. Actually taking a piece and applying it to my car. It took about a week for my full XPEL stealth, ceramic pro coating, and tinting to be done. I love that they took their time to ensure quality. The fact that they stand by their work and invited me to come back with any questions or concerns or to resolve any issues that may pop up over time says so much about their commitment to service. I've already recommended them to friends and family. When we get another car, we'll absolutely be going back to them. Thanks, Joe and Alex!

The folks at OCDetailing go above and beyond. They did a full car tinted PPF on my Porsche and got it done on a tight timeline for a car show. Not long later I was bumped in a parking lot and the wrap needed redoing in the hardest spots, weeks before I moved cross country. OCDetailing got it done and done right. High degree of service and, as the name suggests, an obsession with details.

So glad I chose this place Had the pleasure of meeting Joe and he was great at explaining all the details. I’m a perfectionist and very picky about every details. Let me tell you that OCDETAILING really means OCD. I couldn’t even tell that there was PPF on my car. That’s how good they are. I been too many places for my others cars getting wrap and nothing can compare to these guys. They take pride in their work and Joe makes sure that you are 100% happy or he won’t be happy himself. I’ve followed OCDeatiling on social media for quite some time and have had some friends speak highly of this shop. I daily my M3 and new my old PPF was getting, well, old. I contacted the shop and set up an appointment.I cannot speak highly enough about the owner Joe, Alex, and those who work there. Joe was very thorough in describing how they do things and accommodating to my variable work schedule. They were very forthright when things got tough and went the extra mile. I plan on taking future cars there and recommend others to come and get their car serviced here!
