They are always closed, tried reaching them through phone during business hours and never once answered. Made multiple visits and somehow it’s always closed not sure if they are understaffed but it needs to change. There’s many students outside waiting for it open. The sign says reopen at 11:00am it’s 11:20am and still no luck. The other students and I gave up and left.

Staff nice but closed way too much for a college (terrible hours of service) and very little selection.

Absurdly overpriced and predatory selection with an unreliable schedule and staff.

There is a temporary book store open in building 4 second floor mask required. They have curve side pick up if you email ahead with response. Chris and Sarah were helpful with my demands and even more. For that reason I give the temporary bookstore set up this review. Thanks

If you need something you can get there especially stationary but prices are higher than outside.

Straight trash service and policies. Do yourself a favor and order from amazon. I am an online student and they told me I can only refund my digital rental I never used same day that I have to come physically to the store to even acquire a form of refund. TRASHEdit: I asked to speak to the manager who was able to issue me a refund. Clearly the regular employees here are NOT trained well enough to compete with other local and online businesses

My son bought a text book including online access code to his on line class, the access code was supposed to be included in the text book package. It was no where to be found, sent the purchase receipt back to the store and called this store several times requesting access code, and told them the code was not inside or outside of the book and not in receipt and no other info on or attached to the paper package, this store would not give the access code which was their mistake to start with. And they asked us to call the publisher, the publisher said the book store should provide the access code. After spending hours on the phone, book store said they made an exception they will give us the access code if we bring the original receipt and comes in to the store in person, which is going to take another 2 hours time. It seems like they are doing us a big favor to correct their own mistake, Nice thinking.

People there are nice and helpful. However you can't rent used books, they don't price match, and didn't have the edition I needed.

Created a hassle just to sell back a textbook, must show ID and offered very little to none (offering students to donate textbooks to their store for textbooks that they considered to be worth "0" dollars in sell back value to their store despite they are a private business who sells materials to students.
