Friday night. The week before school goes back. Absolutely nobody working. Needed help finding sizes no one. At check out 15+ waiting in line. FIVE ladies at the counter ONE working. Everyone else refused to help. People got out of line and dropped there items and left. Yet another reason just to shop online

I have always loved shopping at OLD NAVY and was therefore thrilled to find one so close to my new residence in central Fremont. The store is well kept and well managed. Helpful service staff and new self checkout service.
Four stars only because I find the garment quality to have gone down as compared to same other stores. They seem to not fit so well and the workmanship is shoddy, specially in women Capri and ling dresses. I hope they provide more variety to select quality. Summer umbrella not found good one to select.

The store boasts an array of great clothing options, consistent with other branches, ensuring shoppers can find fashionable pieces without breaking the bank. However, I've learned to steer clear of their jeans, as they tend to lack durability and fail to match the quality of similarly priced denim found elsewhere.
Despite this drawback, the employees were notably friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall shopping experience. However, it's worth noting that the store often experiences long lines, so be sure to allocate sufficient time for your visit. Overall, while Old Navy in Fremont provides a convenient and budget-friendly shopping destination, it's wise to exercise discernment when selecting certain items to ensure lasting satisfaction with your purchases.

Came here 11/3/23 around 6pm and found some good items for decent prices. This location is always clean and organized. I knocked a couple stars off due to customer service. The Asian assistant manager must of been having a bad day, as her demeanor and body language was not welcoming. She rang us up and got the job done but she could have hold off on the eye rolling and wtf hand gestures.

I was upset because I could not try on clothes and there were no options due to some hazardous material in the fitting rooms. The person at the desk offered that I just take them home and try them on and come back if I didn't want them to exchange them. That's not how I like to shop. They should have had another option.
