Ok let me start with..... I HATE RETURNING THINGS...... I took some pj returns to then Old Navy at Pacific Commons.... I had multiple orders to return from.... And the girl, Siyr.... Was amazing!!!! She made sure everything was done and nothing was missed... and she even thanked me for my patience.... She was what every retail store needs.... Thank you!

1/3 to buy a outfit and when I entered the dressing room. It was filthy piles of dust bunnies and broken hangers-on the floor and really dusty to the point where I had to scrape the dust. Bunnies off my pants. It's low that was supposed to be my own expressing room spent her time using code haters. In a rack that they didn't even have her clothes. They didn't even check to see how many pieces of garments I had with me. I had to use the bathroom at old navy. Another example of the filth that is there. I had to put 3 seat covers on the toilet seat. Because I really needed to use the bathroom. No one had swept the floor and the toilet was broken so I don't know. Maybe they're not paying someone to come in and clean. But definitely would not go to that facility again..

First time visiting this location and it was so organized clean and nice!! I tried on a variety of clothing and walked out with a great haul. Cheap prices good material and cute items! Service was friendly and quick at the checkout. Overall I had a great experience !
