Omega Honda is the most honest repair shop I have ever encountered. I trust few others with my car. Basically between Omega and the dealership where I purchased my CRV, I go to no one else. They are very efficient, kind, helpful and informative.

The owner, Steven, is very skillful. I have my Subaru Outback to replace rear break pad. Less price and same quality comparing to the dealership.

My kid's RSX had a shifter issue. The other shop we usually bring it to was pretty busy over the holidays, so we figured to look for another in the area who can help him out. He scheduled an appointment to bring it in, was given a day, but no time. He works everyday and doesn't get off til 2pm. The shop closes at 5:30pm. The appointment date came, he got off work and drove the car straight to the shop...very first thing that happened when he showed up was he got chewed out for showing up too late...given all he was told over the phone was "bring it in on Tuesday", no time, just Tuesday. Ok, understandable, the shop is busy too, but there's always two sides to a story, and it might be nice to try to understand the customer every now and then. We weren't expecting them to fix the problem in 2hrs before they close...usually you drop it off, they check, they call you back with the issue, and then you go from there? My kid explained the car's situation - car has a shifter issue, and won't go into some of the gears. The shop that was supposed to fix it isn't available asap, so we decided to take it to their shop - the guy looks at the car, saw that the shift boot was off, immediately decided he didn't wanna touch the car, and turned my kid away. His exact words were "I don't wanna touch it, I know how to fix it, but I don't wanna touch it"...didn't even bother giving it a chance. I'm gonna give a couple of assumptions about what happened and give this shop the benefit of the doubt...he saw a "fixed up" modified Acura RSX pull up to his shop, a young kid driving it, and immediately made a stereotype. His shop was probably busy too and maybe at this point, proper customer service or atleast any understanding of the word "service or help" was out the door. We tried this place because of the good reviews...not sure why my kid was treated way differently. He's not an a******* and he wasn't a jerk...but not the same could be said for the mechanic who met him. He's a working student just balancing his time between work and taking care of his mode of transportation. The car had a problem, and needed to be checked and fixed... Just like everyone else, he uses his car to go to work and school. I don't know where all the 5 star reviews are coming from...maybe the mechanic had a bad day...but still not an excuse to take it out on the customer. The words "I know how to fix it, but I won't" coming from a person whose basic job is to help provide a service is definitely one for the books. Sometimes a little compassion goes a long way.

Nothing beats honesty in this industry. If you have a Honda, this is the place. Call weeks in advance though, as they are very busy.

Steven did my 100000 miles service, and a long distance travel check, and prepped my car for my driving trip. There was a lot of service work. So there was a tire pressure issue during the trip, however it was Just a little scare, and after filling the tire to the correct pressure. All were good.

I highly recommend this place. The mechanic Steven is very good and honest. He did so much work on my Toyota Rav4 today and even fixed my wiper and changed my light for free. I'm so glad I found this shop.
