Trash service. Two times I ordered items that were sent via OnTrac. The retailer didn't provide an option to choose how the items were sent. I would've never chose this company because they've failed at delivering things I've purchased in the past. This time I signed up for text message updates and only received one stating they were sending the package. A week later and days beyond the delivery date, I received no further texts. I had to log on to the retailer website to check on my order and after being routed to the OnTrac site, I saw that they returned my order after holding the item at the warehouse. I had to re order the items on the retailer site and once again, my items were shipped via OnTrac, they offered a delivery date, then changed the date to an earlier arrival. It's been 2 days beyond the delivery date and the tracking number shows that the items are being held at the Fremont warehouse for 2 days with no explanation as to why. After contacting OnTrac the first time it occurred, I waited days to get a response that stated they returned my items. I am concerned this will happen again. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

All I can say is this fascility is a bunch of thieves. They do not deliver my packages and always show “incorrect address”. My address is correct and i have not trouble with other carriers except OnTrac. I have contacted them through email several times and no change. Stay away from these scammers.

very hopeless and worst delivery agent. Please deliver my package and don't steal it or take it back to the seller due to laziness. Two packages st your possession, one delivered after many weeks, then to deliver second package, it was termed wrong address ?, wrong address but first package was delivered huh? criminals in human form. Now the item is out on sellers website and I can't reorder. Bunch of fools

0 stars, TERRIBLE. Item was stolen from warehouse, and then they lied to me and told me it was delivered over a week after it was marked as "delayed". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, and be aware of any other companies contracting with them (Best Buy). If you are ordering anything of value through them, you can count on it disappearing. Then, support will piss on your head and tell you it's raining! Welcome to customer service in 2023

I talked with their online assistant for update a package. And also the assistant said she updated and the package gonna be delivered in 1 or 2 business days. And the package said returning to sender after one day I updated the address. I just wasted my time and I just gave my information for no reason. Not recommended!!!
