I had a disappointing experience with customer service. The representative forgot to unmute, and I overheard them mocking my name and others, which felt racist and unprofessional. This behavior is unacceptable. I hope the company addresses this behavior.

Our projector died after 2 years (1000 bulb hours) of use. We spent almost $1400 on it. Hopefully their repair service is reasonable....

Very disappointed by reliability and service. Projector died just after the warranty period. RMA is 650$ and the part is not available and they could not tell me when it would be.So basically I'm stuck with an unfixable 1500$ piece of plastic garbage now.
