An innocent sense of curiosity will draw out these vivid pictures that may have been quietly stored or lost in memory. This museum has taken an endeavor of tremendous effort to bring the details of those old memories and bring them forward. I applaud with great enthusiasm for what has been done.To this I am careful to bring attention to what is being presented. Because sometimes you have to slow down to take in the moments.Think about what the caretakers have done here.To revive something special and important, you have to know what 10¢ meant just the other day. It's more than just a bunch of buses, it really was an experience not long ago to get from here to there, to want to be somewhere, to see someone or something. There is texture to that memory, that has been lost to time.Somehow you have to be in the moment. It was a magical time of either waiting, wondering or the hopeful anticipation of an arrival or seeing that special person. Maybe it was a job, or the devastation of a last ride after defeat, only to get back to it the next day.Anything less than 5 stars is thoughtless and cruel. ... If you are angry, it had nothing to do with a museum. "It's you"

I’m very glad we got to stop by here! It’s a very small museum, but it is full of history! I really liked that we could walk into the busses and even sit in the driver’s seat. The reason I left four stars is only because the parking is a bit odd since it’s a “park wherever” kind of deal. It was also very flooded when we arrived due to the rain, so be aware of that if you visit during the rainy season. Nevertheless, this place is definitely worth it since it is a quick and interesting stop!

Not much to it. No tours. Hardly any information. Just walking and viewing buses from the outside. Can get in and sit in the seats of select busses. Needs to have more things to do. This place is low on the fun factor scale. Supposed to be no entry fee and only donations but they actually required $5 per person.

Let's face it, a bus museum - how weird. But, I'm weird & was bored so I'm down to check it out. Idk if it was because it's a holiday weekend, but it was closed. I have to say my daughter was relieved it was closed, she thought it was a joke till she saw the busses from behind the gate haha.. 5 stars cause it's easy to find, and I'll be back so I can take pics in front of these busses, in them, under them.... And pick up something from their gift shop.

Tiny little museum run by local restoration enthusiasts, if you would like a tour and see the whole collection make sure to contact the owners ahead of time. It has a great potential as they have real gems in their collection. Please come by and support them!

A pure passion project, hyper-local point of interest that deserves a visit from, & the support of, every neighbor in the neighborhood! Donations only, today staffed by a single kind & friendly member of the unique group of collectors who just want us to remember the heyday of public transportation. The collection is small but lovingly-preserved, & available for visitors to run around & climb in. History buffs & families with small children will be thoroughly entertained!

It wasn't planned so no one was out there to greet but we let ourselves in for a free tour and it was like steeping into a time machine location somewhere along the line as memphis

Not a fancy place but they do have all kind of buses. Some engine is on the right side of the driver, which is the design from the 70s I believe.

It's every bus fan's dream destination! This is not your typical museum experience! They don't open every week (think the current schedule is every other Saturday), it's best to check on their website: pacbus.org to see the latest schedule. Run by volunteers and non-profit. They allow you to get on the bus collection they have and play with them~. Kids love this place because it's outdoor and no restrictions of noise. And their staffs are all friendly and resourceful, they will tell history of each bus~~Best of all, it's free to public!!! You will be asked for small donations so they can maintain this awesome place~Highly recommended!!
