Mhateen was great from start to finish. Great experience all around. From purchase to delivery they were on top of everything. I will definitely go back to Porsche Fremont for my next porsche... because there's always a next Porsche.

I wouldn't know how their products are because the employees there never give my husband the time of day. Definitely, their service is below par. Ny husband has gone there several times to snoop around. But he's not just a "tire kicker". He has purchased 4 Porsches over the past 5 or so years.Presumably, they don't give him the time of day because he dresses in jeans and a hoodie. Haven't they heard the expression that "You can't judge a book by its cover"? Oh well, it's their loss. And, technically, it is a loss because, as I mentioned, he has already purchased 4 Porsches.

From salesperson Mhateen to Finance Manager Muneer, they were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and answered all questions with sincerity and patience. In my experience the best Porsche dealer in the Bay Area. Responsible friendly and knowledgeable sales people. Ended up buying something else but whenever I'm in the market for another car I will definitely come here first. No ADM as policy which is much appreciated. Minus one star for Porsche reservation and allocation system being so ancient.

Thank you to AJ & Muneer! AJ helped me make a purchase and allocation and the entire process lasted about 6 months for the car to be built & delivered. I immediately was welcomed and taken care of upon arrival and they were super professional and friendly. He walked me through all my options and was very responsive with every phone call and text throughout the process. I have referred others to this dealer and would go back even though there are 3 Porsche dealerships closer to me. Thank you again!

Bought a Porsche in mid May. Hasn’t got the formal plate and registration and the temporary plate is expiring. Tried to reach out to the the finance person to understand why. He never replied mail and never called back. Very bad customer experience.

I poured windshield water into engine oil cap by accident, and I called Porsche fremont to schedule a service, they would able to put me into next day right way! My service advisor Michele is wonderful, best I've ever met! She gave me warm welcome and very attentive, my car get fixed in 3 days and they also provide a safety check for the car! Wonderful service in Porsche Fremont, highly recommend!

Porsche Fremont is my go-to Porsche dealer in the Bay Area. Every interaction I have with the team there is top notch - both on the Sales and on the Service side.On the Sales side, AJ, Raj and Carsten, are simply the best Sales Managers I have ever worked with. The team's professionalism and transparency are remarkable. They are never pushy and every interaction just feels like you’re chatting with friends about the cars you like.Muneer is their Finance Manager but might as well be called the paperwork magician… I was in and out of his office in about 10 minutes when purchasing my last car! Thank you to Muneer for a smooth and quick transaction.I’ve also been taking my cars in for service at Porsche Fremont for a few years now. Michelle is my service advisor there and she also rocks! My schedule is crazy busy and she goes above and beyond to make it super convenient for me to drop off/pick up cars. I have had a car serviced here dozens of times now and have never had any issues - thank you to Cory and Nick for this!I highly recommend the team at Porsche Fremont! This is my worst ever experience I encounter today with the Sales person Raj.Facts... I called and initially spoke to a sales rep and asked for a Sales Manager. He then forwarded me to another sales person who identified himself as a Sales Manager. I proceed and asked questions on their consignment fees and process and proceed if my car is sold under their program. Fast forward a few minutes and the conversation did not make too much sense and proceed break down and CPO cost etc... I asked for his name and was told Raj. I asked again his position there at Fletcher Jone Porsche and he stated he is a sales person. Then I question why the phone call was forwarded to him and why he identified himself in the beginning as a sales manager. Raj started to get a agitated as I question him and he said quote quote " is there something I can't answer you that a sales manager could ".. My reply was that is not the point and why I asked for a sales manager from the get go and wanted to speak to the person who make executive decision. The man (Raj) started to get very defensive and hung up the phone. How rude. I thought I was calling a Porsche dealership and not a KIA DEALER. So I called back and supposedly spoke to the Gm of the dealership who was a little defensive himself defending Raj and his 17 years service at the dealership and he is not a rude person without even hear what I had to say. Did I really speak to a GM -I don't really know at this point. Go to Livermore Porsche or Walnut Creek Porsche if you wanted to be treated right.

Short summary: Poor quality of service from Service Advisor (SA) and questionable technician.I brought my car for an emission recall.After I got the car back, I noticed the tire pressure on all 4 tires were far below the specifications. The rear tires' cold pressure is supposed to be 45PSI but it was 38PSI instead. The front tires is supposed to be 36PSI but it was also far below that as well. I E-mailed the SA to ask why it was set so low but I didn't get any response back.About few days later, I receive E-mail from the dealership to see how the service went. I replied with a screenshot of the inquiry to the SA about the tire pressure. It was only after my reply that I received a follow up from the SA.Two days later, I received a text message from the SA, quoting the message: "...I spoke with the technician and he said he set them to the specs that the instrument cluster was asking for." I didn't respond after reading this message because I didn't want to debate with the SA on this subject.I expect PORSCHE SA to be a lot more knowledgeable with their products and support. It's a shame how the SA has zero knowledge about something so simple. The bright spot is the SA followed up with the technician but at the same time, I can't believe the technician referred to the instrument cluster as the cause. I hope my experience was just bad luck.

My most recent encounter with Carsten was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. From the start, walking in not knowing what I truly want but just wanting to test drive, Carsten patiently explained to me what the vehicle I was interested in had to offer. After my test drive, I expressed my interest in seeing a different model and with no hesitation, Carsten offered for me to take another drive. Walking out that first day, I did not feel pressured at all in needing to make any decisions/commitment but simply knowing that if I was interested, I can reach out when ready. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I spotted a car on the Porsche site that I was interested in. I texted Carsten and quickly got all the information that I requested for. Went in for another test drive, again, was uncertain of if I was ready to put the money down. Yet, instead of trying to tell me how wonderful the Porsche was, Carsten encouraged me to take all the time I needed to explore all the options. He even walked me through other potential possibilities of incoming vehicles that are in transit to the dealership as he truly believed that I should make a decision that makes me happy than just him trying to make a sale. Once again, not ready to make the decision, I was still greeted with all the information I needed with no push to buy right on the spot. When I finally made up my mind the next day, thinking I will for sure be walking out with a new car, I was unfortunately faced with some unexpected problem. Even then, Carsten still continues with his smile and professionalism, walking me through all the details of the in and out of the car. The following days, event though Carsten was off, he continues to play point between the dealership and myself to ensure I got everything I needed to bring home my car. Overall, I have nothing more to say than how wonderful of a experience it has been. Running into the right person to help you with your buying decision is big and Carsten is definitely there to help every step of the way. I would highly recommend Carsten (and Porsche Fremont) if you are in the marketing for a Porsche!

AJ delivered an excellent car purchasing experience — responsive, honest, and went to bat for his buyer to ensure the purchasing and trade-in process was as seamless and efficient as possible. He even personally met me in San Francisco the day after to sign a doc I missed so that I didn't need to drive back to Fremont. Love my car, of course — that helps too.

Porsche Fremont demonstrates the top tier of excellence when it comes to the dealership experience. I always get my car serviced here and appreciate working with the whole team. In the Used Car Dept., I have gotten the chance to work with Zach Becker and appreciated the incredible attention he gives to his clients and his vast knowledge on the model range as well as the car market overall. Throughout the process, Zach went above and beyond to make sure that the process went smoothly, and that I was updated every step of the way. Recently purchased a Taycan GTS from Porsche Fremont. The process was quick and without any hassle. This was probably the best experience I had in a Porsche dealership in the Bay Area.
