Sid is my new favorite technician at my favorite service center. He answered all my questions and I never felt like a bother while asking them. Unlike other service centers, I actually feel like I was being helped, rather than just being sold. Sid's genuine professionalism is why I happily commute for my car's servicing. Always worth the drive.

At around 6 o'clock on the 8th, my friend and I went to see a car. At that time, we didn't go in to inquire, but only looked at the car parked at the door. It was also possible that we didn't inquire. We tried to pull the car door and it could be opened, but we didn't go in and just looked outside. Someone came out and asked us, and we said we didn't need it. We just took a quick look, and your sales were good, We didn't have a good face throughout the journey, wore black sunglasses on our heads, had no good attitude, and we didn't have the mood to look. It was very frustrating, so we locked the car and bought it to prevent people from looking. So why are we buying a car! Perhaps we didn't say hello, it was our fault, but what about your attitude? Is this how you cultivate sales by speaking to customers? I don't know his name either. He just wore sunglasses and ended up smoking outside the door!!

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Over the last few years I've made roughly a dozen visits, and each time it's painless. The communication is phenomenal and for extended work they always help with a loaner.While their entire staff is a pleasure to work with, be sure to ask for Sid if you need any service done. I call ahead each time to make sure he'll be in that day; he's that good.

True rating would be 0 to be honest. I took my car in, specifically for an ECU problem and they haven't touched my car for the past 3 days claiming they have to go through a protocol with "TechLine" to diagnose my car to find the issue... i just gave the reason for my visit. Just factory reflash my ecu so i can get it professionally tuned. May i mention, they broke my front bumper lip.

Great service! I've been coming here since 2017 and have received 5 star service every time. Shout out to Sid and Issac. These guys are true professionals focused on excellent customer service. Avoid Adam the sales manager. Otherwise, Trey is extremely knowledgeable and Alexys is a hero. She's not in sales but after some obstacles, I ended up purchasing a 2024 Impreza RS and not a single regret other than not getting the final package upgrade with power moonroof and upgraded sound system. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to taking my car here for maintenance.

DO NOT BUY NEW CARS FROM THEM!I purchased a brand new Subaru wrx with poor paint condition. I found this out when I took the car to the shop to get PPF installed and I was notified that the hood was repainted.The hood of the car was repainted at the dealership and sold as brand new car. Shady and scummy for not being transparent about the condition of the car.Please don’t buy new cars from them, they’ll advertise the car as new even though they’ve modified it.

Don't waste your time to their service. My car came in 3 times and the problem is still not fixed. At the first time, they said the rattling noise is caused by a defected clip and need to order the part. At the second time, after waiting there for entire day, they just told me the noise is still there after the replacement and they need to schedule another one. And the last time, they scheduled a valet service and said would provide a loaner. When they picked up my car, they just said it's not shown on the system so they won't be able to provide it. One day after, they just started to ignore the noise and said they can't hear any noise at all.

DO NOT BUY NEW CAR FROM FREMONT SUBARU!If you care about the paint condition of your Subaru, do not buy from them. I bought a new wrx from them and I found out that hood was repainted by them. They did a poor job of repainting and they refused to refund me for the buffing I've done for the car.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They damaged my car and, even though the before and after photos showed the damage was done here, the manager said" We couldn't have possibly done that here", and walked away from me. When I callled him back, he waved his hand in my face and told me to leave.I've never been treated like that.

I lease a new vehicle every 36 months and just selected the 2023 Forester Touring SUV over several other competitors of Subaru. The entire buying process was the best that I have encountered over the last 9 years. It started with a basic phone inquiry to Josiah Amen, the main sales person who helped me find exactly which features I was looking for. He did an exceptional job of listening to and then answering my questions / highly professional and knowledgeable. If the car performs as good as he did, I will be a repeat customer in 3 years.

Horrible customer service from a certified Subaru service center!Gave my car in to get a cam housing leak fixed on 8/25. First of all, having a leak in a car that had run just 30k miles was surprising, especially for a brand known for its reliability. Luckily, the car was still under warranty.What was supposed to take 4 days to finish got extended to nearly a month. Customer service rep was sloppy in communicating. I had to message them regularly to get an update and my messages would be either ignored or replies would come with considerable delay.Secondly, they finally told me that my car would be ready for pick up but when I went in three days later they told me the car was still being worked on and that I would have to come back another day. I had even dropped them a message to let them know when I would be coming in but they never bothered communicating the delay with me. And the rep did not seem apologetic about it either.Perhaps their attitude is, "We've given you a loaner so just put up with our unprofessionalism."I would recommend passing this place over for a friendlier shop where they value your time, or at least communicate with you. Disappointed!!

Another year regular maintenance. Service is still good as usual. They even helped me check which official coupon that I can apply. They offer Lyft if you don’t want to wait. What impressed me is they also offer the ride to let you pick up your car. Overall that was very nice experience and highly recommend Subaru family go and try their service.
