I just wanted a small space for a month or less and was placed on autopay which charged me for the following future month which I did not even use, having vacated before my paid month was even over. To speak to someone on the phone or property in person was difficult. I am still waiting for my refund.

Great service and the unit was ready right away after I reserved it. I like the app for accessing the gate. Maricela was very polite and helpful.

I had a great experience with Lisa at Public Storage! She went above and beyond to help me secure my storage unit and was incredibly helpful in making sure I caught the locksmith at the last minute to cut the lock off. Lisa was friendly, efficient, and truly cared about making the process smooth for me. Highly recommend her and this location!

I came in today looking to get a small storage space but not knowing much else. The employee Maricela was extremely courteous and helpful. I wasn't sure about which size would be best and she helped me figure it out.

It’s all about the customer service.
Ms. Lisa:
- Warm, friendly greeting
- was multi-tasking upon my arrival
- very knowledgeable
- very helpful; able to resolve and explain a billing issue at or near closing time.
- excellent customer service
Only difference between her and the former manager, David, is the gender. (Smile)

My mom needed a storage unit for the first time and David the manager made the experience extremely seamless. His level of customer service was exceptional and he went above and beyond to help my mom secure the right sized unit. 10/10 would recommend visiting this location for your storage needs!

I just switched storage facility after fifteen years because they worried more about $$$ then their customers!
David: the manager of Public Storage is a friendly and has been extremely helpful. On a scale of one to ten, he is a seventeen! He guided me through the mobile app and made sure that the gate would open. At first the electronic gate would not open, then David went online and viola, the gate worked perfectly.
My unit is way in the back.
I am going to enjoy storing my valuables here.
