The employee was super and helpful. But a few months later I get this note mailed to me that my rent will $93 a month. So my rent went from $68 to $93,the notice was sent out 2 week or less before the first August. That is a steep jump I think. I also am getting charged for a returned check, I DONT USE CHECKS!!!!

They say that the night is darkest until the dawn. This sentiment, is so true and was proven even more true when I got the pleasure to be assisted by the employee, Dawn. She assisted me with all my problems with great care and excellent efficiency. I am disabled and right now I have a fractured thumb which made me incredibly slow, but Dawn was still incredibly patient with me and I appreciate her so much! 10/10 (kudos for making my day brighter)

I want to recognize dale for his outstanding customer service in taking care of a billing issue I had and followed it through. Also for helping me with trying to keep my rates down abd letting me know anout inter transfers which I did not know about. You don’t find great service like this much anymore so I really appreciate it . Thanks Dale 💯☺️

I have a storage unit at this location for more than 10 years. The reason I’m staying is because of the customer services provided by Dale and his team. He is professional, patient, and knowledgeable about all the services. He provides wise advice and recommendations! He always takes initiative and goes above and beyond to help his customers! His service builds trust and is the biggest contributor to bland loyalty, he is awesome!
