I’ve always had great experience getting tested here. Scheduling is the quickest way in and out. Staff there are very nice when taking the samples.

Fremont location is always such a great experience, but today I did notice one of the employee whom is to be helping with check in-was rude to our older Spanish speaking folks . Her tone was extremely loud like if they are deaf. She should be aware of her tone a bit and especially not ask how long have they been in the country . I was so upset at this ! Room 6 employee on 4/5 shame on you and you speak Spanish too!

To begin with, I unfortunately went to the wrong location. After realizing, I had time so I quickly went to the correct one as my appointment was at 9.40am. I reached there by around 9.43am and tried to check in but couldn’t. I tried multiple times but didn’t work. Asked the staff over there to which I was told that I need to sign up for the stand by list. Why? Can’t we have 10mins grace period? Can people not have a bad luck or an emergency? Having some grace period is the basic thing any system should have. Nothing is perfect.

Had an appointment. Got there early but had to still wait an hour past appointment time. This place is clearly under staffed.

"HORRIBLE PLACE", I did walk in early in the morning, they made me sit for 2 hours and then suddenly a lady came out saying that the appointments are full and walk ins might not get chance today. I luckily got appointment later the same day and got there on time and still had to wait for over an hour. i had appointment at 11:40AM and at 12:15PM the lady told me they still working with people from 11:00AM appointment. This is ridiculous, the clinic was empty and they kept saying that appointments are full and they are busy.
