I’ve been here with family before - it was busy but from personal experience, once you make an appointment online and follow the instructions there’s no issues whatsoever. Chris helped me today and he made the process smooth. Calm and steady, I felt comfortable. I am not sure why there are many negative reviews, most of them are unrealistic expectations.
Keep in mind: you have the ability to make an appointment online though in person, there may not be a customer service representative.

don’t bother walk-in in the morning. they make you wait hours and hours. Terrible, cruel, inhumane, outrageous!!! you will get sick here just for a routine blood test…

The location is convenient (the only pro) but we consistently have issues with them not having our appointment. My grandma does not use the app and instead makes her appointments over the phone. Three times we have come and tried to check in and they don’t have the appointment or it doesn’t show up, even though we are at the right location and she has the 5 digit confirmation code. When we need help, there is no staff in the waiting room to ask. And the staff who are working in the back don’t always have the capacity to help us because they are trying to move through their own appointments (I will give credit that some do try to help). I’m sure there are other people, especially seniors, who have issues with the kiosks and the completely digital check-in process. I hate coming here and would recommend if you have other options to get your tests done, go there instead of here.

This place is hidden and difficult to find. You cant reach them by phone and very rude staff! As a result, I got late. They make you wait for an hour and another gentleman shared that he had the same experience when they first came! Dont recommend them at all!

Staffs are nice but appointments should be made priority over walk-in to avoid wait time.

Please use a catheter if collecting multiple samples to reduce the risk of endometrial vein damage. By holding the needle for multiple extractions there is a risk that the constant insertion of tubes could force the needle in and damage the internal walls of the vein (endometrial tissue). I was lucky to have a very experienced phlebotomist.

I walked in and registered as patient walk in. It prompted to wait outside/ nearby for 30 min. I patiently waited in car and received notification that my number was up in queue. I went and tried to check in in the system- it said you are all set no need to check in. 30 min I waited and asked one of ladies who called other patients for blood draw. She refused to take me in or accept any system fault. I told her that system does not allow to check me in and no difference. After 8 min of arguing she said come in. All this for my 6 year old daughter who wasted 1 hour in wait. On top blood draw was not done properly so she had to be poked again.

The location I went to was understaffed. The waiting area was very crowded and not ventilated well. There was no background TV or music so we just listen to each other sigh and groan -- if we're unlucky, we get to listen to some rude person talk on the phone or play audio from their phone. Please do not blame the workers as understaffing is the biggest issue. Playing something on TV would help lessen the stress.

Was sent here by my employer to do a drug test and they don’t do drug tests at this location so I went to another location off liberty street and they also don’t do drug tests. I could be working right now this place is awful, you can’t talk to a person because all they have are kiosks.
