Very rude customer service
I want to tell the public that I stopped at this gas station and I had a strong urge to go to the bathroom. I bought a lottery ticket before going to the bathroom and I asked a lady there about the bathroom and that lady replied in a very rude manner. Her behavior was very dirty and I want to tell the public that does she do this to everyone at this gas station, but no gas station is allowed without a bathroom. Yes, if a gas station does not have a bathroom then it should be closed immediately. This is a public place.

This place sucks the female clerk. Has an attitude problem if I was the manager? I would fire her. She gives off this attitude like she's too good to work there. Orches doesn't need the job either or at a gas station. It's all about customer service. The owner should talk to the young female. Clerk she's extremely rude

This place does not provide bathrooms for customers, which is very rude and unprofessional. They gave no explanation, and the customer service in 2025 was awful. Gas stations and convenience stores are expected to provide basic services such as restrooms, yet this one does not. I would not recommend stopping here for any reason—poor service and lack of facilities make it a bad experience.

the worst experience in customer service ever before this place is the most horrible in customer service today with my coworker she just asked if there was a bathroom and got a bad answer from the employee, then he called a lady with hair white man who came to treat us worse, from what I could experience, the employees conspire among themselves to treat you badly, he refused to give the lottery tickets to my partner, tickets that she had already requested, I can see why you have a 3.1 review ranking in your business, No wonder your business will go bankrupt in a couple of years for the bad service .

I'm always very pleased in this store , people are so friendly and helpful , they do greet you the moment that you walk in , convenience store inside is always fully stocked .and the deal for lunch never disappoint me !!!
Gas is always affordable and easy to pump.
