They left my car to drip dry. They told me they don't dry the vehicles anymore after I've been going there every week. They let me go through the wash without telling me the change in policy ahead of time. Then they had the nerve to ask for a tip. SmhHorrible communication and

Never coming here again. Charged me for the highest full service wash and all they did was run it through the wash and towel dry the outside. They didn't even vacuum, they told us to do it.

My car is still dirty after this car wash. We had a big rain this month and it is a good day for a car wash. They half ass wash my car and especially the bottom doors where you get the most dirt after driving in the rain for 2 weeks. I had some mechanic grease by the hood of my car, it was still there after the hand wash, machine wash and dry. When I told guy he said it will not come off and walked away. I am disappointed, I thought they were really good because they clayed and waxed my car like new. Today Saturday January 21, 2023, It looks like I went through the machine only, not a hand car wash. So I am going to rate this a 1 star. Get together Radiance Car Wash.

Great place for a wash! Only problem is their pressure washer before the wash. It is soo dang hard it blew off a few of the emblems off of my car.
