This is for the kids in the deli only. The kids in Deli are lazy and just want to hide and not help. We went in for antipasta salad, and they didn't have it, so my wife wanted to try something else and see how close it was to what she wanted and the one kid just seemed so put out by getting a sample. We walked around went back and she seen somthing else she wanted to try, the kids seen us at the counter and hid in the back until the older lady from bakery side yelled at them and one came out and was all put off by helping us.

You guys need to fix your page on Door dash. You need to let the app users know when you serve hot food. I ordered it yet it wasn't available...?Why would you do that? I had to get a full refund from DoorDash.Pick it up guys. You could also be friendlier. Smile and greet customers. It's 90% of your job. Stop treating customers like they don't exist.

I usually go here during lunch breaks and decided to get a sandwich at deli counter. I am appalled at the attitude the blue eyed, brown haired lady had. She had been hostile towards a non-English speaking gentlemen and said that he was “retarded” because he spoke no English then proceeded to complain about how she had just gotten her break because people kept coming in. Usually staff is very helpful and so friendly and this was first time I see this lady.Gave another star for gentlemen who tried to laugh off her outrageous behavior who had to put up with her attitude who was working with her during shift and made an amazing sandwich. Management should staff people accordingly during rushes but also review customer service with employee. She’s clearly burnt out and in need of feedback. She made me personally feel unwelcome and God knows how many others esp who are foreigners. love Raleys, but it’ll be a while before I come back.

They have the worst bakery staff, especially cake decorators. She was super rude when I called for my cake confirmation and designs. Even after confirming, she didn't make the design mentioned in the receipt. Don't waste your time and money, their bakery can spoil your celebration.

The customer service follow up is outstanding. Especially Angela M. in the Paseo Padre, Fremont, California, location. She followed up with me when I was in need of an item to ensure I received what I wanted. Thank you Raley’s for having wonderful representatives on site.

Relatively large and well stocked grocery store in downtown Fremont. Located kind of center in a plaza mall with other stores and restaurants. Plenty of nearby parking.

The cashier spend too much time on one customer and they don't care about the line behind them. I was on the line the customer ahead of me was going to grab thing he forgot to get at first and the cashier was waiting for him without considering the line that were waiting and I just left the card there and left the store. They don't respect the customers' time. I will go Safeway as I always used to.

They have good selection, things you can't get anywhere else, and prices are usually pretty decent. Pretty clean, too. However, their checkout is ALWAYS SO SLOW. They need to stop being so stingy and hire more cashiers, or train them better. The lines always take forever and the self-checkout is always full because nobody wants to wait for their slow cashiers.

Everytime I shop, there are homeless and theives running out of the store. This last time I came, I drove up, saw two homeless laying on the ground, on both sides of the doors, and I just drove off. I used to say "well everyone is dealing with this, so I'll just let it go for now", but there was an employee sitting outside the door on their breaktime, and they didn't seem to mind the scene in front of them that "normally" would be regarded as indecent, inappropriate and disturbing. I did all my grocery shopping here, and will no longer. I'd rather drive further out of my way then buy food that these vagrants have touched, and I've seen them grab food (especially from the hot bar, which I never buy from) with their bare hands and eat from their hands, sauce dripping off their arms and all. It may be a faux pas what I'm writing because everyone is doing their best cultural virtue signaling act, but I'm sick of it. The "standard bar" must be picked up off the floor and raised again to the standard level of moral decency. Good bye, Raleys Fremont. You may not care, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only customer or person, who thinks this way.

Above-average grocery store. If you're familiar with a chain, this is a good store to go too. Decent produce, and good overall inventory selection from groceries to deli to sundries. Biggest complaint is the parking situation that can sometimes be a little bit crowded and hectic, but not too bad.
