The team is always very helpful, fabulous customer service, friendly, property inside/outside is clean and I appreciate their communication skills. I've been there since 2011 and I can upsize or downsize .

Clean and secure storage place. I can actually trust that my stuff is secure with the gates, door access, and even elevator floor access as part of their security. Friendly staff as well. The fact that they've got pest traps and things present on site means they're actually taking care of anything before it becomes a problem.

I was told this place relocated from albrae off of Stevenson Blvd. to there current location. Place is spacious, clean and well laid out. Impressive.

The coldest business ever. I had storage with them since 2018. Pandemic came and I moved everything in storage and moved to India because I wasn't able to pay my bills. These people auctioned every single thing which they were not supposed to. They did not thought of returning my school,college certificates,my important documents including tax documents, my medical history etc. I had no family in USA so I left everything in my storage. They auctioned even my underwear. No courtesy of returning my paperwork. I was in hospital whole one year almost in coma so could not pay my bill. But these cold blooded business holder did not bothered to return my documents to me. Never do business with them.

The representative was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was also helpful that there is an elevator. For those needing a rental truck, that can also be reserved. I would highly recommend this company for your storage needs. 😀
