This Safeway is much better than the one closer to where I live. The isles are always well stocked and clean. You can tell the employees care about their place of work. They have an abundance of fresh produce and some nice choices in the meat department. The employees are very helpful and business oriented unlike other stores.

A 1 star is too good for this safeway. Stay away from delivery and curb side this store can't accomplish a simple task of picking up the phone or looking at the app that lets them know you arrived. I called 6 times and waited 45minutes. After no response I finally walked in.

Safeway has its ups and downs when it comes to pricing. I've noticed that their regular priced items tend to be higher compared to other grocery stores in the area. However, their weekly special advertisements do offer some great deals that are hard to beat. The standout feature, without a doubt, is the "five dollar Fridays" which consistently provide excellent items at affordable prices. If you plan your shopping around these deals, you can snag some pretty good bargains. It would be great if Safeway could find a way to make their everyday prices more competitive.

Very terrible. I needed to be rung up by a cashier and not at self-checkout (considering I had alcohol AND it was near closing time of self checkout nearing 8pm) and for some reason their shift manager thought it was a bright idea to leave the checkouts all vacant for 10 minutes because their workers all decided to take their break all at once at the same time.

Last night I needed to shop for groceries and I was exhausted after a long day at work. I stopped into the meat department to grab my new favorite, the tuna poke. I was greeted by the NICEST young man! Actually, everyone in that section has always been nice, but this young gentleman made my evening . Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but if he reads this he'll know it's him because he said he puts mayonnaise in his poke.I really appreciated his happy demeanor and he's a true asset to Safeway!Secondly, my checker was also a sweet lady. We chatted about goofy stuff, and she was excited to be making cookies for her granddaughter the next day. I wish I had caught her name, but she was a breath of fresh air, too. Thank you to two employees who engaged more than they had to, I appreciate that very much.

Ordered a tres leches cake a day in advance for my brother-in-law's birthday and the whole process was awful. When we went to pick up the cake, the lady at the bakery said "give me 20 mins to finish the cake". She went to the back and slapped on some frosting and hideous decorations and handed the cake to us for free. I've never seen an uglier cake in my life. Plastic balloons, random snowflakes, ugly dome shaped cake? I thought this has to be a gag, the lady can't be serious. But she was. This cake was for our 36 year old brother-in-law and it looked like a clown cake. This cake was not only so ugly, but also tasted disgusting. Nothing about it was tres leches. The cake was crumbling and flavorless and the frosting was so nasty. My sister-in-law accepted the free cake, assuming it might taste better than it looks, but we were wrong! We won't be ordering cakes from this Safeway ever again.

I've left good reviews on grocery stores before, Safeway where I used to live. It might just be the busy season, but an amount chunk of the sales signs on items are outdated. By like a month. November 16th is too long ago to be acceptable. There were lots of clearance items completely sold out that were still displayed. Or misleading labels. For example: mix and match chips, buy 4 for $1.99 each. Only two bags counted and the rest were full price. And I used my safeway number, so *shrug*. Like, I'm not new to grocery stores. I know the labels aren't always correct, and I'm used to making sure mix and match deals are correct. But it's pretty annoying to get billed the wrong thing, and to have to double check every label to see if the price is actually up to date or not. It wasn't even just one or two items, it was a lot of stuff in my cart bc budgeting you know? So I bought my stuff first, got hit with the unexpected costs, and then had to double check for roomie. Like at least I get paid well enough it could slide. I would be even more annoyed and embarrassed to ask for refund if I was counting down to cents like my roomie.ml I didnt check super carefully at the register but I wish I did. I got too afraid of asking for assistance bc of my anxiety which I know is pathetic but yeah. The staff at checkout were great. Fast friendly patient, enough to keep stars after the other frustration. I hope management hires more night stockers or whatever to handle this place.

Called Safeway at the Hub clerk could not hear me. Want to report four jars of expired Canola oil Best Foods mayonnaise. I placed on top shelf clearance for $3.97 it had already expired back in September 2021 other jars ok til February 2023. Hope no one gets sick. Pls reach out to location. Thank you.

This is to prove that I did purchase a new paper. LOL. To the store manger, Thanks for the feedback. I did call the customer service number 877-276-9637 right a way. I do not want to confront with this self checking service person, no need to to that and he did not ruin my day at all. However, as a neighbor store, I think a clean, good quality and welcome environment like my neighbors are the environment that I am looking for. Maybe, I look too much for that. Some other stores even did worse than you guys and I don't even want to complain. However, I think Safeway should stay here long time and has the highest standard. Thus why I try to complain. You guys decide what to do. I won't complain or think about this any more. If I could comment with last minute. ... Please be kind to any people, people will appreciate that by coming back often.

Oh my goodness. Went there yesterday around 9pm. The store was filthy, floors dirty, egg section with dripping egg containers into the refer vent, poorly stocked, ice cream freezer iced up, dirty freezers. Why isn't Safeway Corp doing anything about this??

This Safeway is really nice and updated They have all of their $5 friday items marked out and labeled, which is so helpful so you know which items to get. Bakery staff is really friendly The Starbucks in store is quick with service

Horrible Customer Service! I walk in almost got knocked over by an Employee never said excuse me. Second issue went to the Deli young lady Gloria I believed was her name never looked up at me. I greeted her with a Good Morning. Still no Response I just walked out! Shame on Whoever the MANAGER is running this store. I will be Contacting Corporate. 8/10/2022 7:15am if anyone cares..
