I would say the lady who hand over me the order today is SO RUDE that my friend and I tried to pick up the online order at store. We came in and she kept voice up asking ID and confirmation but we did tell her that we have screenshot the order number and ID on hands. Instead of gently guide us to complete the pick-up order, she showed me the emotional racist and told me that I yelled at her once I told her to check if she could cross check me the receipt information. Please treat as what you want people treat you and don’t be racist! That’s bad service ever I got from your store! Never come back!

visited the Fremont, CA location and I asked the person working there to help me. She answered a couple of my questions and a few minutes later I had more questions. There was one person ahead of me again and I asked her to please help me when she was done with that person. She said OK and I turned back to what I was looking at. Then she started helping somebody else in the aisle next to me. I went up to her, got eye contact and she ignored me. After a couple minutes she apologized and said she would be right with me. When she was done with that person she went up to the front desk and started helping the FIVE people that were standing at the register. I asked her what about me and she said she couldn't help me until she was done ringing up all the other people. I said that I was ahead of all of them and that she had already told me she would help me. She repeated that she had to ring up people first. It's infuriating to have multiple people be allowed to cut in front of me. I had legitimately waited my turn. I left the store because it was terrible treatment. I didn't do anything to deserve that. Then I called the customer service line and got cut off after a long hold. I still have questions about hair color and I feel frustrated and mistreated.

I will never go to sally's again. They don't restock items and everything is over priced for low quality. I used to like their clip in extensions recently I went to buy some, they're sealed in a box and you can't look at them until it's purchased and once opened can't return them. These were absolutely the worse extensions 170$ down the drain! I don't mind spending money when the quality is worth it. I feel completely ripped off.

Just drove here for nothing I guess. Got there at 10:30am and the doors are locked and no one is answering the phone. Website and the front of the store say they're supposed to be open at 10am.

While I love a quick and simple beauty supply store that covers a good variety of items and pleasant staff, sadly the actually time the store opens and closes varies. For example at least 10 patrons came and left because the store is supposed to open at 10:00AM (Sat) and it's 10:30 and nobody is here. The store has not been opened up yet. I'm still standing here but about ready to leave too. It's hard enough for business to sustain so this certainly is not going to help. I'm hoping by posting this that management will do something so we can keep our Sally's around. Called , no answer and no option to speak with anyone else or to leave a message. :( I called one of the other stores so the staff can at least contact management and she was kind enough to pass along the message but did not get an answer other than an acknowledgment. Wow. Management better step it up! I've been in management for most of my career and the way this is being handled is very poor. Clearly zero back up plan and no effort to roll up their sleeves to come to open the store. It's a shame.

To be honest, I don't go to Sally's often. However, I was pretty excited to find out that Sally sells earrings and piercing kits from Studex at a much cheaper price than Amazon. This Sally's was the most convenient location for me with plenty of parking. The staff I encountered were all helpful. Ever since my first visit, I've returned a handful of times and each time the customer service has been good. Unfortunately, there isn't much variety of products at this location, but they have the basics.
