This location has been going downhill for awhile now. Be aware that this location does not have handbaskets so be prepared to use a cart or carry your items. Lines at night are super long, fine during the day.
Honestly just drive 10 more minutes to Safeway.

Giving this review specifically for Ms. MICHELLE... she is consistently rude each time I visit this store. Today was no exception. In the past, she's not only been rude to me, but she's just as rude sometimes with others. No real reason has to be present. She just IS! As a returning customer of 10+ years, I try avoiding her at all costs. She just ruins my experiences when I'm there. I definitely needed to post about her today. I'm above and beyond FED UP with her curt conduct!

Ok, so I called them just a day before my kids' birthday to order a cake. Not just they took my order on the phone right away but also customized it by doing a single cake in half Spiderman and half mermaid theme. It was the most delicious cake, and they also gave a free mermaid topper. Most kindest and most resourceful people I've yet to meet in person ? whoever took our order, this mom is very grateful to you. Thank you!!!

Big store but costly as well. You can find the same items at lower prices elsewhere.The fresh vegetables section is not very well maintained, sometimes I have seen rotten vegetables.Also, one time I found black fungus on corn.The price labels are also not correct, I picked up some tomatoes from the same place and when I went to the billing counter, it turned out that there were mixed varieties.Also, do check the prices while you are at the billing counter, sometimes I have found that I was billed more than the price displayed on the selves.

I’ve been coming to this Lucky for almost 25 years. After it was Albertsons it’s gone way down hill. Sad. Wish they can turn it around. Needs an update and better produce. So much potential.

I don't Normally write bad reviews about workers because I'm very considerate. I myself have worked in the food industry for many years and I know how it's like. I was shopping late at night and when I came to the register the employee named, Bill R., didn't even greet me at all but says "Next time remove your items from your basket to make it easier on us." I thought that was so rude. Not even a "Hello" or "How are you" but the first thing you greet a customer is with that? I didn't know there were rules to shopping? If that was the case then have signs displayed everywhere so we, as customers, know how to properly "shop" right? I would have been fine if the employer was nice at first and then proceeded to inform me that because like I stated, I've been working in the customer service industry for a long time so anything to make it easier on employers I'd be gladly to do so but if you're like this employer named Bill R. then why would I?

beware of being charged extra.Most of there price offers won't work, specially the digital coupons.Other items with lower price won't be update at cashier and you have to notify them.

Produce section products are not fresh. Cashiers act like they do not wanr to be there. Sale price labels are often missing. I only shop there because I live down the block.

They have recently updated the formerly dated and dumpy store. It looks good now and, while I'm still learning the organization, I go more often than I used to. The displays are improved and it just feels like a modern store. It's improving and I'll continue to update this review as I notice changes (this update moved them from 2 to 3 stars).Not many quality items. Generally poor selection. No focus on customers. Give me Raley's or give me Safeway.I hear some Lucky's are excellent but this isn't one of them.A bit of improvement in the produce section. But the selection of most things is still spotty.
