My car needs some warranty work. It is unsellable, unprofessional looking with the damage that needs to be repaired. The service advisor Heather complained that she'd be losing money on fixing my car but said she'd order the required parts. It's been over 10 months. I have called for updates but have been given the "she is busy and will call you back" excuse a number of times now. No calls back. I was calling to offer another solution if the parts really are backordered. I've been paying for a driving around in a car that looks really bad due to a botched repair by this place. My insurance will not let me take it somewhere else because this shop offers a lifetime warranty on their work.

Poor customer service, front desk is clueless most of the time. There is a guy there who has attitude. You show up for an appointment and they don't have no record of it. I came around another day. They are all in a meeting, no one is attending the front desk so you must wait the 20-30 minutes they stay in meeting( i happen to show up 3 times while they were in meetings). You give them your money for the service and they act like they doing you a favor. Poor poor customer service just bad!!!! Bad!! Bad!! Many years going here, something is just not working out for them so I will not go back to them ever.

My car has been getting repaired for wayyy over a month now.Every time i call they always give me an estimate date of when i will have it back but when that day comes they change the date again to next week.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ..Waste of time they make u call Gieco if u r 10 mins late???? Life happens . Wasted my whole work day. Could they not put exact time requirement in appointment ?? I will never go here again

Took more than a month to repair. Rude customer service. Returned the truck without inspection. Ended up having to take it back for fixing, which took another two weeks and finally didn't fix one of issues at the end

I had an appointment 3/6 for an estimate and waited 15 minutes until someone helped to get the quotation guy to take a look at my car. Josh was friendly and helpful. He mentioned I should have the estimation in 2 days. On the 3rd day I called and inquire about my estimation the guy on the phone said Josh is working on it. 30 minutes later another guy called to tell me a system issue & my photos are lost and need to upload the photos to them or go into the shop again for them to take the photos.Went in again on 3/9 and they said will send the estimation in 2 days. it's been 2 weeks now and still nothing in my inbox. Friendly staff but all talks and no actions. Very very disappointed and would not recommend this location.

5 stars for the actual work. 2 stars for the lack of communication. 3 stars for the overall experience. The repair itself was fine but the customer service/communication needs improvement. Brought my car in late September. Got the estimate, was told that the parts would be available in a month and a half, and I was ok with that. Made the payment to get things going. Mid/late November, didn't receive an update whatsoever. Not even a "things are taking longer than expected" call, which I would've been perfectly fine with. Between late November and mid/late December, I left 3 voice messages and sent 1 email via their Carwise site. No response. Right before the Christmas weekend, I finally had to go to the service center and inquire in person. I was told that there seemed to be issues with the phones. They followed up with their vendor and informed me that the part that was needed would be in by the end of the week. While there is an automated system that provides updates via text when work is currently being done, there doesn't seem to be a system (not even a manual one/basic CRM) in place for following up on outstanding work orders or providing updates between getting the estimate and starting the work. All I needed was one phone call or email to tell me that things were taking longer than expected. I honestly started to wonder if the parts were ordered at all. Overall, a "meh" experience. It would've been 5 stars apart from the lack of communication.

No comments on people I met here. All good and easygoing. My brand new (1 month old) car collision repair done here. Felt it’s costly (repairs cost is 35% of my car price) and I feel my car is ok. getting little issues(AC repair, it took a week. Dropped on Tuesday and heard from them that my car ready on Monday evening ).Here I'm seeing many people said service done in 24 hours even for bumper change. I don't think so its possible or not. if go for claim or even the customer pays from their own pocket as estimate itself takes a day or at least an half day and then go for insurance approval.

Deducting one star because they didn’t keep us updated on the pick up day and there was an issue with suspension for which we had to go back to the shop. But the work done is superb!Carlos is your guy, he is very good and educated us on our options. He is technically sound and helped us in understanding the faults in the car.Thank you!

Horrible place to take you car. They will do everything and anything to total your vehicle. Not even willing or going try to work with you and they claim they will do low cost budget to get the parts. That was a F@@&$ing lie. Getting a hold of them is impossible best bet to call them is call the main branch and make a complaint and you’ll have the main manager talk to you. If you want your car fix don’t take it this place. Other than that if you want to get paid and get peg with a totaled vehicle this is the place for you. Also. Lastly. They took I mean stole my coin changes and my 120 dollar phone Mount wireless charger with rgb function and motion detection sensor that was left in my car. This wasn’t even considered totaled yet just found out when I was told to get the rest of my stuff. Shady people in service king.
