I came for a trim. I had all one length hair to above my breasts. I only cut my hair twice a year because my hair grows so slowly so 1-2 inches is the max I cut. I asked for 2 inches with long layers in the back. The hairdressee went to town with a razor and cut it dry. Even if it a cheap price salon they should wet it with a spray bottle. Because I thought she was doing an innovative technique with the razer, I did not question her method... I ended up with a shoulder length cut with layers at my ears!!!! I hate it so much!!!!

This was my regular salon and I came here a few months ago for a haircut. I asked for a trim, just cut off the dead ends. My hair was almost to my waist before the appointment, and my “trim” was cut into a BOB. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care. I would not recommend this salon, especially if you have an important event coming up. NEVER coming back.

The lady was so impatient and pulled a long face after I asked for shorter. A rude attitude. Very uncomfortable experience. Last time was great, so I guess depend on which lady you get.

Worst option for hair cut. Crew doesn’t take any notes on how to cut the hair and just knows one template cut for everyone. Very rude and least professional. Wish I could go back in time and undo this haircut.

Worst customer service I have ever had at any salon!!! They not only ruined my highlights but blamed it on me! And they all stood there and talked about me in front of other customers in their language .
Will never go back!

They will charge too much for everything and don’t care when handling kids hair. Don’t go there, there are many good saloon in the town.

Before using the services, I submitted a photograph with the style I wanted to be done and they confirmed that they could do it. My surprise when I finished the cut was that they did something completely different; I do not recommend it at all because they do not have qualified personnel and the cost is high for the service they provide, the cost of the cut is $35

Great atmosphere and quality service. The owner is always accommodating, and does a fantastic job with both my hair and my fiancé's hair. The location also has ample parking spaces.

Just wanted to say thank you to Sleek Salon. I have been going to Kelly for over 10 years and she never disappoints. I have stubborn hair and it's very hard to style if not cut and faded properly. Kelly found a way to cut my hair so that I am able to style it daily and to my liking. She does it consistently every time I visit her for a haircut.

I had a terrible experience at this salon recently. I wanted a balayage hair color but ended up with a completely different result, leaving my hair with a blonde-green tone. The stylist told me last minute that she couldn't work on my hair, even though the bleach had been in my hair for 1 hour and 30 minutes. If she had performed a strand test at the beginning, this mishap could have been avoided. Despite reading negative reviews, I still decided to give the salon a chance, but I regret it completely. When we requested a partial refund, the staff was rude and gossiping about us, which didn't surprise me since on the day of my service they were talking about another customer who was also complaining. It took two visits to the salon for us to get someone to assist us. I initially went to the salon to feel more confident, but now I feel insecure about my hair. I know that hair is just hair, but it's disheartening to see my hard-earned money go to waste. I truly wanted to love my hair and tried to convince myself that I liked it, but the more I saw it, the more I disliked it. In total, I paid $382 plus tip for this P.S. I didn't get a refund or any help. They just told me to wash my hair. They only offered money in order for me not to write a review. Save your money and go somewhere else. The picture is what I asked for, the style and color. This is what I got left with.

Tiffany did a terrible job on my hair. I came in the day before Mothers Day to have my stepsons haircut, as well as mine. I showed her an image of the hairstyle I wanted and she gave me something that doesn't fit my face shape and it looks NOTHING like the picture! It wasn't a hard haircut/style to do. When I got into my car to leave, I noticed my bangs were completely uneven so I went back in there to have her "fix it" and all she told me was that when I wash it and style it, it will be/look even. That was a complete lie because It's been 1 week since she's cut my hair and I still hate it. I paid for a simple haircut that came out so ugly.
