As a previous Sleep Number customer, this is The worst Sleep Number store I’ve ever been! The manager here doesn’t care about customers! Since she did not listen carefully to what I really need, she didn’t fully understand what kind of pillow I am looking for. She just randomly recommended couple pillows to me and ask me to go to “Matrass Firm”, then she went back to play her mobile phone during her work time! No positive attitude towards customers!

*Please take a second to read sleep number's response to my review. Standard "we will not be helping you" response. Understand they don't care about customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!I'm returning the bed I bought. It didn't help with my restful sleep and I have more back pain and shoulder pain than I did with my previous mattress, but what I'm reviewing is the purchasing and returning process. While purchasing everything is stress free. You can return within 100 days no hassle, you can setup 0% financing, and setup delivery of your bed no problem. The return process you find out how difficult things actually are. I can't return my $2000 frame (which wasn't expressed to me during my purchase but is in the fine print of the papers they make you sign), they sign you up for a store credit card which they don't ask your permission to do. I wanted to finance and create a payment plan and now I have a store credit card that is good for nothing except damaging my credit. They make you pay the restocking fee/shipment for returns and will only take back the bed. There are better options out there. Don't buy sleep number. Not worth it at all.

Tavian and the manager there were awesome. I am a previous sleep number customer, and I already knew what I wanted so it was easy. The manager even called the district manager for the additional 10% off (black friday the day before, even though just expired) on even the sale amount, and they honored it. I was very appreciative on that. They were quick and to the point which I like and the transaction was quick. Thanks.

I had an excellent experience buying my bed at the Fremont store. The manager was very professional and definitely exceeded my expectations as far as customer service is concerned. I forward to enjoying my bed for many years to come.

202-11-21. Understaffed. I went inside, was not greeted. The worker (woman) was just staring at me, didn't even tell me that Someone will be available shortly to help but no.., I had to tell her that if there's anyone that's available to assist me I'd appreciate it. But instead I got attitude from her. Walked around for 30 mins, and no update from any of the workers, so I left. Please hire workers who know customer service. Never coming back to this store again. Just wanted to come here to ask a few questions about the bed and how they are compared to each other.

We went to Sleep Number at Pacific Commons back in February 2021. We didn't know much about their beds other than what we saw on TV commercials. Our salesperson, Kelly (Asian guy with glasses), educated us about the various models of Sleep Number beds and how they work. Best of all, he was not pushy. They were following COVID protocols (limited customers in the store) and we used a cover to put over the pillows when we tested out the various beds; that helped us to feel safe during the process. We actually decided to go home and mull it over since this was a pretty big purchase for a bed (the size and model that we wanted was in the $7K range). We ultimately decided to buy the bed (and new pillows) so we returned the same day to make the purchase. We've now had the bed 8+ months and love it! My sleep quality is much better. I used to always have to take naps in the afternoon and now I rarely take naps anymore. (It probably didn't help that my old spring mattress was 15+ years old!) Also, I got great financing which made it easier to bite the bullet on purchasing a pretty expensive bed (although I still find it funny that I have a bed payment!). Thanks, Kelly! Also, delivery was seamless. Shout out to our delivery guys Sarj and Lamar. The bed (king size and very, very heavy) had to go upstairs, including a hairpin turn on the stairs with a chandelier right above the turn. Sarj and Lamar were careful and totally professional. Sarj was very patient explaining to us all of the features of the bed and how to use the app (yes, this bed has an app!). Thanks, guys!

Salesperson was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Not happy with the last minute sharing the delivery cost is a ridiculous-$199. Yes they offer 100 night trial period but they forget to tell you if you want to return it, it's another $199!! Never would have tried the mattress if fully disclosed. I think this is why most people don't return the mattress even is they are not happy. Highway robbery. We have to wait 2 weeks for the pick up too. Had high hopes this was the bed, but no good. $400 less money to spend on a replacement that doesn't charge ridiculous deliver fees. The two stars are for the sales rep, not the company.

I'm a previous owner of sleep number not just 1 but 2 different model. My advice is do lots of research about the product and the company. I have bad back ache since I start sleeping with my first sleep number, I followed the recommendation settings and it didn't work so after months and months I rarely sleep on it, I prefer sleeping using a different mattress located in the other room. I can't return bed because of the company policy but I manage to sell it and then I decided to get a different bed is which more expensive than my old purchased thinking it might solve the issue and I could get a better experience because I pay more but N O . Sleep number is just a hype , it doesn't really help your back. I never ever had a back issue before I purchase the 2 beds , but after owning 2 of their beds I also started seeing chiro to help with the back ache since I started using sleep number. I'm also in my early 30, fit and healthy. Fremont center , worst location , for some reason they gave my home address to someone accidentally and stranger went to my house trying to pick up the mattress and they have the print out with my home address in it , I called and asked about a bizarre incident And they denied everything. So my advice stay away . There's a lot of good mattress out there with better client relationship Thank you
