The facility is clean and storage unit is clean not dusty. Service checking-in is easy, hoping to stay a little longer if price permits. I just moved my stuff from other storage facility due to pricing.

I booked two units with CubeSmart at the same location. The store manager, Keith, was very helpful in both instances. The first time, we booked a 10 x 10 unit which he upgraded to a 20 x 10 unit without any extra effort on my part. He explained the procedure and access instructions very clearly. The unit itself was clean-enough and the move-in was simple. Keith entertained my questions, and answered them calmly. The second time, I had no reservation, and I got the unit within minutes without any trouble. Keith even ensured that the second unit is close to the first unit so that it makes my life easy accessing both units. Overall, it has been a really great experience so far.
