Anyone using Budhy Santos, Tax Related Services should file a complaint with the IRS using from 14157. After 30+years of using this location, Budhy has really frustrated us with the lack of communication, along with ignoring a rejected file from 2021 resulting in penalties and endless hours trying to get this rectified. If you are thinking of using Budhy Santos, RUN! Complaints filed with BBB and IRS. Considering a small claims action as well due to the penalties caused by INEPT Budhy Santos.

BEWARE!!! of this business they will not respond to your phone calls if you have questions. Put the wrong tax information on my taxes. Refuse to answer my calls after I paid them to file my taxes. And his secretary Gloria does all the lying for him please beware don't throw your money away! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!!

I have been going here through 3 owners. I always get nervous using someone new. I am very happy with my taxes getting done this year by Budhy the owner. I was on time for my appointment , Budhy was mostly done with my taxes as I walked in the room. I was very happy with the outcome and the price was less than last year. I'll keep coming back!
