Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. As a Tesla shareholder, very disappointing service on my expensive Model X. Get it together guys. It's like you don't give a crap about your cars or customers. Got my charging sensor replaced for $500 and got my car back with panels hanging off and parts missing. Also requested my windshield wipers to be replaced and they totally just ignored that even after agreeing to do it. Unacceptable all around.

Had my 2013 Model S85in for service for the AC system fuse replacement and some diagnostic work on a clunk sound in the drive train. Fuse was replaced but clunk sound was traced to a torn front motor mount bushing. I wanted the bushing to be replaced, but the service center said they didn’t have the tools to do that work and would just replace the entire drive unit for $7000. No go for me, too expensive and I’ll find someone who can replace the bushing. I also inspected the bushings when I got home and noticed that the technician who worked on my car forgot to tighten three of the underbody cover bolts, as they were ready to fall off. Sloppy work! Hence the two stars!

Fast WiFi with coffee and seats. My original issue was fixed, but another issue was caused. I returned a week later but was told it's not fixable. The next day, I went to another service center location, and they took care of me.

Had the dreaded "12v low battery replacement" error on my Model 3. Hearing that after the warning I may have either 3 minutes or 3 months before it dies I had to try to see if I can go into the Service Center to get it replaced without an appointment. Steven was able to squeeze me in an hour before closing! It only took 30 minutes! Steven and Monique are great-- what service!!

I dropped off my car with an estimate of $528 but the final invoice was $258. I'm really happy that they are honest and provided $100 uber credit while the car was there for 6 hours. I'm a very big fan of Tesla so far since 2016.

I brought my car in because my tire has a nail on it. They charged me $459.66 to replace a new tire. $76.50 for labor. They left deep scratches around and all over the rear left rim and scratches on the rear right rim.

I was there on Saturday September 24th for a side mirror appliqué cracked fornoreason. I was drop in and try my luck. Steven was busy with other Tesla owners but he was able squeeze in some sometimes and look my car. He was able determine that Tesla can take care under warranty. I was so impressed with his service and professionalism. Pictures two is after the fixed and it is looks so perfect. I will totally recommend to my friends that interested in buying Tesla because they willing to take responsibility for their quality control and reliability.

Dealing with Tesla service department was a good experience Bobby took care of my car repairs and was very professional and quick. I did recd a call from someone else and terms were changed. I was bothered by that since auto pilot stopped my car in the middle of freeway Tesla service was going to not charge for rear left replacement and I pay for the parts. I brought it Jose service supervisor's attention and he took care of the issue.

Staff is friendly, but everything else is horrible. No shuttle service, no loaner vehicle, no ride share service credits, guest Wifi does not work, over expensive Tesla service. Only go here if you are desperate or have an emergency to get your vehicle fixed.Service: Tires

Don't buy a Tesla. Handling sucks, rides like an old Chevy, closing the doors sound like closing an old Chrysler from the 70's. Service and Insurance system fails basic expectations- Flat tire and they replace it with a Goodyear when all other tires are Michelin! Waited 2 hours on hold when calling in for tire or tow assistance, then tow truck shows up 2 hours later. Never buying another Tesla! Never ever!

New 2023 MYLR for two weeks and driver window does not close all the way. Two days prior to the scheduled appointment, front motor was disabled due to an issue. They took care of all the issues at the same appointment(replaced window motor, replaced front motor inverter). Gave me a m3 loaner. Great service!Service: Electrical repair

Tesla service is horrible at communicating. Before the scheduled appointment I got cryptic text-based messages requesting that I find time logs for when a headlight error happened on the display. The headlights are off but the display indicator says on. Sounds like a sensor or software defect. Tesla would not sufficiently explain how I'm supposed to find logs with timestamps. We texted back and forth multiple times over a few days. I could not figure out how to give them the info they wanted prior. So, they rescheduled the appointment to days later. Finally the day of the third scheduled date for service they called me. Instead of looking for log timestamps they asked me to drive the car around the block and text them back about the headlights and display indicator. I did so right away and hours later, after the appointment was supposed to start they rescheduled again to days later, a 4th first appointment date. I will l be honored to pay Tesla extra to do their own diagnosis and just start. As an aside, I can't find a way to complain in writing directly to Tesla Service. Just buy the product and shut up.

Great products with poor service. No loaners or Uber credits. Little communication and bad time estimates. Unable to diagnose or repair any slightly uncommon problem. They won't acknowledge anything they can't personally see/feel/hear and then they'll just say they didn't notice anything. Be prepared to hear plenty of "working as designed", "couldn't reproduce" and "they all look/feel/sound that way".
