If I could leave 0 star review I would, the lady in the front didn’t help for NOTHING I was here since 12 pm and barely leaving at 7 pm, didn’t follow her word, tried to give me a more expensive deal even tho I was already pre approved, THEY ARE GREEDY FOR MONEY, after I signed the contract she told me I couldn’t take the car with MY insurance ( what a fraud ) that I had to get the $500 they would require about an hour of going back n forth she said (are you gonna sign it yes or no because it’s not a game) your whole dealer ship is a game with all the Micky mouse’s done on there cars, gaps between the trunk, bumper, fenders and doors bigger than the San Andreas Fault horrible customer service (lady with the YSL glasses medium long hair working in the front)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — YOU ARE WARNED.
This complaint is specifically about RUBEN. I never leave reviews, but this time I absolutely had to.
I went to this place with my family (all women), and we bought a Honda Accord biggest mistake ever. We noticed the front mirror was missing, and there was no backup tire in the trunk something that should come standard with any car.
Less than a month later, the brakes started making a terrible sound metal grinding on metal. When we returned to get the mirror and backup tire, they gave us a spare that didn’t even fit our car. It belonged to a completely different model.
A few months in, one of the tires blew out. We took the car to a mechanic and were shocked to find out that ALL FOUR TIRES were the wrong type for the car. We had to replace them all. When the mechanic removed them, he found staples in the tires, like someone tried to patch them together completely unsafe and dangerous. The mechanic even said our lives were at risk driving like that.
When we went back to the dealership to try to exchange the car, RUBEN (the person who sold it to us) refused to talk to us. He avoided us, ran off, and hid anytime we tried to speak to him.
Please, if you visit this dealership, bring a mechanic or someone who knows cars. Inspect everything thoroughly. Don’t trust them blindly especially RUBEN.

I had a terrible experience with Arturo as both a landlord and a businessperson. He kept my office deposit without providing any valid explanation, even though I left the space in perfect condition. It feels like a scam, as he constantly made excuses when I tried to follow up.
To make matters worse, Arturo is also involved in selling used vehicles, which I’ve discovered are often malfunctioning. Several people in the community have complained about being sold cars that break down shortly after purchase, with no accountability from him.
Avoid doing any business with Arturo. Whether it’s renting property or buying vehicles, he’s dishonest and untrustworthy. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

They are thieves. Javier sold a car to my nephew and they stole a lot of money from him. They pressured him to get a car insurance for more than $1,150 and when he told them that he no longer wanted the car and that he couldn't pay for all that, they told him that now They were not going to return the down payment of $4800 that he had already given them, in the end they convinced him to pay the insurance also because he did not want to lose his money, he took the car the next day and when he started using it a tire broke Because the wheels were smashed and he had to fix everything for $1,500, his payments were left at $585 with an interest rate of 29.85%. After two weeks the transmission was no longer working, he went to make a payment to Fernanda and did not give her the receipt. because they were already leaving and because of that they took her car to her house because she kept the money because she did not report the payment.
