most of my stuff usually comes from Costco during regular grocery runs. But I’ve always known TWM has way better selection. Walking in, honestly, the sheer variety kind of overwhelmed me at first. That said, the aisles were laid out really well, so once I got my bearings it was easy to browse around by type.
That’s about when Justin, the floor/wine manager, came over and asked if I needed a hand. He ended up walking me through a bunch of different spirits, taking the time to actually explain things rather than just pointing at bottles. What I appreciated most was that he wasn’t pushy at all - no upselling, just genuinely helpful recommendations. That’s honestly what got me to trust his suggestions, and I walked out with more than I planned on buying. Zero regrets, though.”

“The staff and crowd are amazing, especially as they get to know you. I'm glad to have a great cigar lounge in the Fremont area that I can visit on my breaks. Its a great place and the prices are very good compared to other spots I've been to.”
