Had a lovely tea for two for Valentine's Day. Been coming here for many years. My favorite tea place.

Cute tea experience. Don't chug your champagne at the start( you only get one;)). Some of the food was super good. The others.. good but a hawaiian roll with turkey and jelly? I can make that at home and spare myself the $50++ haha. Still a fun experience. Didn't feel rushed at all and the staff were very nice and respectfulVegetarian options: I'm sure they could make an all vegetarian selection if you called or email. There was only 1-3 meat items served out of alllll the food they serve.

Cute place but it was packed on a Sunday and very loud. Got our tea but it was cold by time food came. They also didn’t bring milk or lemon for the tea. They never came back to refill the tea or ask if we needed anything. Food was very average. Definitely not worth the money.

Always a great experience! The teas are fun to try out and they have hats you can borrow to up the fun factor. My only complaint is their phone rings a lot and they’re so busy with customers they don’t pick it up so it rings for minutes. That may only be an issue for tables near their phone though.

Without a doubt Tyme for Tea is a very cute place to have high tea and they nail the aesthetics down; HOWEVER, service is extremely bad and the workers were rude when we went. We were a party of 6 and they've already included tip and gratuity with our group. This was extremely annoying because we had terrible service. They were not attentive and didn't check up on us at all. Moreover, they did not give us any water or refill our teas. After waiting a while, I tried to make eye contact with a few workers and signaled for them to come over only for them to look at me, break our gaze and literally hide behind the counter! This happened 3x with a worker and it was very ridiculous. I eventually walked over to them to ask for water and refills on our tea and they were extremely snappy and rude about it. A girl came over to our table and asked in the rudest tone what teas we had and it set such a bad vibe. We literally just wanted water and tea -- the very reason we are there and pay so much for!All in all, I'm so upset with the service and unhappy that I had to tip such a high percentage.

We attended the Halloween tea party and it was so much fun! Everyone was dressed up in costume and the tea house was decorated for the holiday. The food and drinks were delicious and all Halloween themed, the staff were very friendly and they had a Halloween raffle.

GuaranTEA'd to have a fun time! Tucked in the heart of the old town, Niles, in Fremont, you'll find this quaint little tea house showcasing some of the most fine tea sets while serving a fun high tea experience. Located just across the old railroad parking lot which typically has an abundance of spots and is free to the public, you'll find Tyme for Tea. Enter and walk past the beautiful display of teapots, cups, dishes, and other ceramic goodies and you'll find the dining area. You'll need reservations so be sure to call ahead. Once you're checked in, you'll be seated in the dining room filled with decorations (we went during the month of October and this place was decked out with spooky Halloween props). Soak in the atmosphere as you peruse through the menu. The menu is quite simple. There are three sets: the one with the champagne, the one with the scone, and the lighter one with fruit. For most, you'll likely get the one with the scone, AKA the "Victorian". Each set comes with a choice of tea which will have its options fully outlined within the menu (there is a whole page dedicated to the different tea choices). Your choice of tea will depend on your flavor preference. There are caffeinated and decaffeinated options but naturally, there are more choices with the caffeinated teas. Depending on the flavor profile you're going for, you can choose something dark like an English Breakfast or Earl Grey, perhaps a tea with fruity notes, and even some that smell like chocolate. Whatever you choose, you'll get a whole pot of it which should amount to about 4-5 full cups. Also coming with each set are the sandwiches and pastries. Our meal included cucumber sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, a cheesy bread, a cheesy shell, and an artichoke swirl pastry. It was a good mix of hot and cold snacks which all amounted to a pretty decent lunch. Even if it doesn't, you will still get a good fill from the tea and the pleasant time you share in the tea house.TEAEnglish breakfast - classic tea with a dark strong flavor.Belgian chocolate - chocolatey aroma was interesting! Never have I ever had a tea that smelled like chocolate. Honey jackfruit - fruity and refreshing. A bit too sweet for me.APPETIZERScone with crème fraîche, raspberry preserves, and lemon curd - this was fun and worth the upgrade to Victorian. Each sauce was delicious and paired well with the warm, fluffy scone. ENTREECucumber sandwich - refreshing with sliced cucumbers encased in sliced white bread.Tuna sandwich - hearty tuna salad encased in sliced wheat bread.Artichoke swirl - nice crisp to the one bite morsel and packed with flavor. Should be eaten while it's warm!Cheese bread - melty cheese on bread should definitely be eaten soon after serving!Cheesy spinach shell - good bite sized crisp filled with cheese and spinach mixture. Again, eat while it's warm! DESSERTCheesecake - decadent and smooth topped with crushed nuts. Delicious!Shortbread cookie - big, crispy on the edges and moist on the inside. Cake bites - assorted and very cute! Strawberry shortcake, carrot cake, chocolate, and black forest were among the choices.Overall, this was a fun experience. Pricey but worth the experience. My advice is to come in with the expectations of an experience and possibly a full stomach.

We had so much fun here. Antiques are super cute. It's quirky cool but food and service was great. You think with the small bites you would get full but you do

This review is from my wife who she went with 2 of her girlfriends: Reservations were easy. But you just have to plan ahead and know that they don't open Monday and Tuesdays. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. The shop inside is cute with many trinkets, ceramics, tea sets and of course tea for sale. We had a great time overall enjoying our tea. But I just feel that though you are here for the "experience," it's quite pricey for the amount of food you get. Some even tasted like frozen items that they just stuck in the air fryer. The scone was best thing. Everything else was meh. I would also not coming during lunch. We made the mistake of coming for a late lunch at 1:30pm which was their last seating time, boy we were so hungry after! But it's also odd that they aren't open for the non-lunch hours.

Love this place! Great service and worth the money. My friend and I ordered 'Grand Sparkling Victorian Tea' which included a glass of champagne ( you can choose peach, mimosa or Bellini), warm scone, 5 sandwiched completed with 3 sweets.I thought I wouldn't be full but well I was so wrong, I couldn't even start the last courseThere were so many kinds of tea which I chose Darjeeling. It was served in a pot which was so strong but don't worry.... You can ask for more hot waterThey set up many spots for customers to take pictures which was fun. Decoration was really nice but I felt like if everything matched(for example tea pot and cup, utensils, table&chairs) , it would have been much more elegant. Plenty of parking spots nearby and souvenir shop inside is not too expensiveOh I forgot to mention that their sandwiches were so delicious!

I went there a few weeks ago at Tyme tea and co. Before you think or plan to go to Tyme tea and co I want you to heavily consider thinking again (and just know I usually not a person who likes posting bad reviews and I am all about spreading positivity. Just looking at the fact they have a 4.4 star review just pains me because that is just way to overrated).1. the overall atmosphere was just very bad. It is very loud and noisy. the decorations and everything was a bit off and very isn a way messy.2. The Prices!: The food was so overpriced. The cheapest combination they had was like around 40 dollars per person and the amount of food that came with that order was insanely little, each person got 1 tiny sandwich, like 3 very small pastries that tasted so-so, and a small pot of tea ( keep in mind that the pastries were tike tiny and the small pot of tea was also very mid sized, but the tea was actually pretty good). and we spent around $200 total.3. The worst part was the service. When two of my friends left to go use the restroom a waiter came by and asked if we need boxes for to-go, but the thing was we only finished half of our food. Then after we finished about 2/3 of our food, a waiter gave us our check and we actually didn't even ask for the check yet. Of course they didn't straight up say we would appreciate if you leave, but I feel like they did have that intention and that they were signaling that.4. Immediately after we came back home from the store my daughter was feeling very weak and nauseous, so right now I heavily questioning the sanitary of the store.I know other people may disagree from my point of view but I am writing this on my own opinion of the store. So people who are considering dining at this store please consider all of the points I listed above. Even though I am very upset with my experience this time with Tyme for tea and co, I feel that this store has a lot of potential and hopefully in the future I can write a positive review of Tyme for tea and co!
