If I could give ups Automated services are negative star review. I would the worst automated service ever. They can’t even understand your tracking number and won’t let you talk to anybody without a tracking number, but they can’t understand your tracking number -100 stars.

Today there was no line and it was perfect as I was returning a large box. I could barely carry it to the counter and the lady on the receiving end leaned all the way to help pick it up out of my hands.
It was an amazon package I was returning.
Besides UPS shipping they have notary, printing, passport service, fax, pack and ship, mailbox etc.
I used their notary service earlier and it was fast and efficient.

Came to the store, I was not aware of self scanning option. I waited in line for a long time, they were attending other customer but was also free in-between and saw me holding a package and didn't give me any direction. Later another customer came in and he scanned his package and that's how I came to know that I can just scan, take receipt and drop the package.

I was looking for the closest UPS store for a shipment and I didn't know that it was in CVS Fremont Hub. Once I got in the cashier scanned the box and I left the place in a few minutes.
