Came to drop off a return in a box. They told me they willl charge $2 to tape the top of the box. Told me it was store policy. Simply went to another ups store who did it for free

I was taken aback by Raj’s behavior at the UPS Store. After scanning one of my Amazon drop-offs, he remarked that I had coughed once and said he couldn’t scan any more of my packages. Without further explanation, he walked away into the store and didn’t return. I had to wait and call his name again before he finally completed the drop-off. This kind of unprofessional and moody behavior is not acceptable in a customer-facing role.

This guy Raj is rude and very unprofessional!
The weight of the box originally is 15lb but in this store it shows 25lb. I asked him twice for confirmation. He said it’s 25lb.
I did not take service from this store!
I suggest the management don’t keep this guy at front desk!!!

Worst UPS point I’ve ever been, the Indian guy inside just tried everything to make my pickup experience inconvenient. I entered the store to pick up a package, before I go the website clearly stated that I only need to bring my ID, but when I arrived this guy asked me to show the tracking number and refused to use the ID nor Delivery Notice Number to check package for me, so I had to login my online shopping account to get the tracking number, after that he checked for me and asked for the photo ID, I showed it to him and this guy lied to me that the name doesn’t match and refused to give me the package and immediately left the front desk to do his own thing, later on I asked him to double check because I checked the order and 100% sure it’s with my name, he check the computer again and changed his words said the name matches but the address on my ID doesn’t (well I’d say DMV won’t give you a new ID every time when you move, this is a common sense), good thing is he eventually gave me the package after I told him where the address this package should go(before that he didn’t even mentioned that I can verify the address, just keeping showing me the sign that he doesn’t want to give me the package).
Edited: Well I just read some other reviews which said they lost things inside the package, now I may get the reason🫣
