The best and quickest service we've had at a UPS Store til date. Was looking for UPS stores in the area providing notary services as well as passport pictures and came across this location. Ami, I believe the store manager, did an amazing job helping us out. Upon arrival, she walked us through the process and explained everything along the way. She even took the extra efforts to make sure we had all the correct documents. Would definitely recommend this location for all your notary and passport services. P.S. Was surprised to learn this location has been around for 35 years or so.

Had to scan the passports.. he helped with all the scans, sent to my email & made sure scan copies are ok before charging it … very good experience

Ami and Neel are exceptional and great employees at this UPS store. They offer walk-ins for Passport photos and this is soooo convenient! They and the store are great and I hope this location stays here forever!

Excellent customer service from this UPS Store in Fremont! Thank you Ami Pandit!! She is the best!
I had a quite complicated task to fulfill which needed my documents to be notarized, sent to Secretary State of California for apostille service, then my documents had to be legalized by the Consulate of Indonesia in San Francisco and lastly I had to send all of my completed signed documents overseas.
I was able to do it all with the help of Ami! She notarized my documents, made copies for me, sent the documents out to the necessary locations, and also included a return UPS envelope. I saw Ami and her assistant three times within a span of four weeks and each time they were pleasant and super helpful! I am grateful they were able to help me and made this whole process so simple for me. I highly recommend this UPS Store in Fremont!
